The most generally used modes of payment in international trade are remittance(M/T,T/T,D/D), collectio
3、n(D/P, D/A)and letter of credit(L/C). As far as the sellers benefit is concerned , L/C is better than D/P , D/P at sight is better than D/P after sight, whereas D/P is better than D/A. Remittance is only used in small deals. Nowadays , L/C is mostly uses. The main advantage of a letter of credit is
