3、d Maria is a sister in Salzburg convent（女修道院）, but she always gets into trouble because of her character that is lively and active. Dean mother(修道院院长) thought she was not fit to be a sister, so she decided to send Maria to Captain Von Trapps home and made her find the real goal of life. When Maria a
4、rrived at captains home, she found captain was strict with his seven children. And she also knew why all teachers left. Because children made fun of teachers in order to attract their fathers attention. However, captain demanded Maria to treat his children like him. But Maria didnt do like that, her
5、 gentle and kind-hearted manner won childrens friendliness. Later, captain left home. During the time, Maria played with children and taught them to sing. Children also became happier than before. When captain came back, he invited uncle mike and his girlfriend to his house. Children played puppetry
6、 (木偶戏) for them. Captain found music came back his home again and was infected by Maria. Several days later, captain held a ball. When captain and Maria danced together, their love was obvious. Baroness(男爵夫人） saw this and she said Maria should go back to convent. So Maria left. After Maria left, all
7、 things changed. Children wanted Maria to come back, so they went to convent to meet Maria. But Maria didnt appear. Dean mother told Maria she should be courageous and face her feeling. When Maria came back, she and captain expressed their love to each other. And they got married quickly. Unfortunat
8、ely, when they finished their honeymoon and came back home, they found flags of Nazi (纳粹）rising here and there. As soon as they arrived at home, captain received a letter that said he must register to Nazis navy. Captain hated Nazis behavior, so he decided to leave Austria with his family. When they
9、 left home, Nazi（ 纳 粹 ） stopped them. So captain told them they were rushing to Salzburg Festival .With Nazi company, they played Edelweiss（雪绒花） and infected all people. After the show, they escaped when people awarded. Under the help of convent, they escaped Nazi. In the end, they climbed over Alps
