7、us; 组织设备管理方面的检查、考评等工作； -Organizes the inspection and appraisal of equipment management, etc; 负责组织 、建立、监督和修订公司的船舶 PMS； -Be responsible for organizing, establishing, monitoring and revising of companys ship PMS; 负责审核并组织船舶提出的零配件采办申请； -Be responsible for auditing and dealing with the procurement of ship

11、ased support. 6 工 作 程 序 Working procedure 6.1 总 则 General FPSO 管理部负责对船舶和设备维护管理工作进行组织、计划、协调、指导 和监督实施。 FPSO Management Department is responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating, guiding and supervising of the vessel and equipment maintenance work. FPSO 作业部负责船舶及设备维护保养过程的检查，并负责船舶和 FPSO 管理部之间的信息传递

13、ipment maintenance, making operational procedures for equipment to meet relevant requirement and normal operation.,4,Procedure 程序文件,学 海 无 涯 6.2 船舶和设备的检查与维护 Inspection and maintenance about ships and equipments 6.2.1 FPSO 管理部应根据船舶的实际情况，组织制定船舶设备预防性维护保养 系统（即 PMS）项目明细，应至少包括以下部分：船体及上层建筑的钢 结构；主机和辅机及管系和阀门；
14、重油单元系统；压载水系统和设备； 锅炉及系统；空压机及系统；锚泊和系泊设备；舵机、雷达及 GMDSS 系 统等助航通讯设备；安全、救生、消防和防污设备；货泵及系统；货泵 舱通风系统；液货舱洒水降温系统；液货舱呼吸阀及系统；液货舱液位 测量和报警装置；油路速闭阀系统；风油应急切断设备；固定式 CO2 灭 火系统；固定式甲板泡沫灭火系统；油水分离器；船舶检测报警系统以 及其它非连续使用或备用的船舶关键性设备和技术系统，如应急发电机、 救生艇、消防泵、应急消防泵等应急设备和系统。 Based on the actual situation of the ship ,the FPSO Manageme
