1、1,狮王南方教育机构新进教师培训,Demo培训与示范 By：武燕云、宋冰、薛慧朝,2,定义,DEMO是demonstration的缩写，是以展示最佳的教学效果，即“示范”，顾名思义，就是做出某种可供大家学习的典范。示范课毫无疑问就是课堂的典范。 DEMO课类似表演课程，重点在于老师如何控制、带动、感染孩子和家长， 让其在短时间 内感受到课堂气氛的高潮。从而喜欢上这种教学方式。无论是从表情、肢体动作，还是从语言表达、自我着装都非常重要。,3,DEMO课的目的,是演讲会整个流程的重要组成部分。通过专家的演讲和老师的教学示范，让家长了解产品和教学，直至最后报名。 展现学校的办学特色、教学特色和方法。
2、 展现学校的师资水平和整体的师资力量。 让孩子真正体会前所未有的上课方式，跟随DEMO老师体验快乐地学习英语。,4,DEMO课的要求,1. 对老师的要求： 老师的形象：五官端正；衣着大方得体（有制服的着制服表演） 老师的个性和气质：可爱型；漂亮型；阳派型；能说会道型；幽默型 老师的发音和英文功底：发音标准，口语流畅，表达准确 对专业知识的掌握：a.对教材的熟悉和掌握b对幼儿心理学和教育学的了解c对学校基本情况的掌握（包括教学点和学校的情况、班级及所在区域认课老师情况） DEMO老师个人：具备良好的肢体协调能力，动作到位，声音宏亮，有很好的亲和力；有很好的组织协调能力；有灵机应变的机动的能力。,
3、5,DEMO课的要求,2对课程内容的要求： 一定要体现YOUME的教学特色和方法： a 自然拼音教学法 b直接式母语教学法 c TPR肢体反应教学法 c重叠螺旋式教学法 d多元化多媒体情景教学法 e左右脑平衡潜能开发记忆法 两大教学特色：多元智能结合英语课堂；西方文化教学 教授老师易传达，学生易接受的内容 时间只有两个小时左右，以单词和简单会话 、以琅琅上口的歌曲和数来宝为基本教授内容，以卡片和实物模型为教学辅助道具。 对学生的要求：学生应该全力配合老师，认真学习并领会老师所教授的内容，积极活跃主动大胆。 对家长的要求：本着教育的原则，要多鼓励孩子，鼓励鼓励再鼓励。,6,DEMO流程,介绍（自
