1、发展模式初探,重庆西部现代物流产业园 Chongqing Western Modern Logistics Park,西部物流园定位与建设,历史机遇千载难逢, 2007年3月8日，胡锦涛总书记在参加重庆人大代表团审议时提出：把重庆加快建成西部地区的重要增长极、长江上游地区的经济中心、城乡统筹发展的直辖市，在西部地区率先实现前面建设小康社会的目标。 在国务院关于推进重庆市统筹城乡改革和发展的若干意见（国发20093号）中指出:“推进团结村铁路枢纽与保税港区物流联动。铁道部与重庆市政府将铁路中心站提升为国家铁路综合物流中心。” 物流业已经列入中央十大产业调整振兴规划（国发20098号文） 上述机遇
