2、例 (DGR) 經國際民航組織 (ICAO) 認可, 並加入相關之運作及程序指引. Dangerous goods are commodities that possess potentially dangerous features. These features will not make their transportation by air dangerous, provided that suitable precautions are taken. There are internationally agreed rules to ensure the safe transport
3、ation of dangerous goods by air. These are published by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as the Technical Instructions (TI) for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air. The IATA DGR are recognized by ICAO as the field document for the transport of dangerous goods by air. The

8、sification,危險品簡介 Dangerous Goods Briefing,項目 Divisions 部份類別再細分為項目以表達該物品的特有的危險性. 只有第 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 類再細分為項目. 項目以兩位數子表達. 第一位數字代表類別, 第二位數字代表該類別細分的項目.如, 氧化劑屬於第五類的第一項, 亦即 5.1 項。 類別及項目編號順序並非相應的危險等級, 只為方便使用. (如第 1 類不一定比第 2 類危險品危險) Classes are further divided into “Divisions” to identify a particular risk wi
9、thin the class. Only Dangerous Goods in Classes 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are with divisions. Division are expressed by 2 digit numbers. The first digit identifies the Class number and the second identifies the variation within that class. For example, oxidizer is Class 5, Division 1 which should read as “Di
10、vision 5.1” The order in which the classes are numbered is for convenience and does not imply a relative degree of danger. (ie. 15、有聯合國編號則須採用 8000 系列的編號. 危險品列表 (IATA DGR Subsection 4.2) 包含超過三千種經常於空運運載的物質. 此列表亦會顯示運輸專用名稱, 聯合國編號, 最高可接受於空運客機或貨機運載的危險品數量. 例 : Flammable solid, organic, n.o.s 的聯合國編號為UN1325 Dangerous goods are identified by proper shipping name and UN numbers. These names and numbers are assigned under the UN classifica
16、tion system to specific articles or substance. In cases where a UN number has not yet been assigned, an identification (ID) number in the 8000 series is assigned. Subsection 4.2 contains over 3,000 articles and substance with dangerous properties which are mostly likely to be shipped by air. This section also indicated the proper shipping name, UN number and maximum quantities of each products permitted per package on Passenger and/or Cargo Aircraft Only.
