2、en结尾：thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen 2090的基数词都以-ty结尾：twenty, thirty, forty，fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety 2199的写法：十位数+连字符+个位数 thirty-six 5. 101999的构成：百位和十位数之间用and连接. 755 (seven hundred and fifty-five),基数词的构成,1到12逐个记，,13到19结尾teen，,整十都是ty结尾，,要想表达几十几， 整十连字个位数。

7、分母用序数词， 分子大于1，分母用复数 1/4one fourth 或 a quarter 4/5four fifths 1/2one half,不读作 one second 2. 小数点读point 0.3zero point three 2.53two point five three 3.百分比的读法：先读基数词，再读 百分号%(percent) 5%five percent,分数、百分数的谓语动词是单数还是复数的判断： 其实分数、百分数作主语时用单数动词还是复数动词不是看分数本身，而是看of后的名词。如果该名词是复数即用复数动词，如果是单数或不可数名词则用单数动词。 Two third
