1、 网络能力对KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效影响的研究 组织隐性知识获取为中介摘 要突破性创新是知识密集型服务业(Knowledge -intensive business service ,以下简称KIBS)中小企业开拓市场,获取竞争优势的一个有效策略。作为较高层次的创新,突破性创新对企业组织惯例、组织结构、组织文化等提出了较高的要求,但受制于自身成长年限和资源的局限性,KIBS中小企业往往对此类组织隐形知识比较匮乏,从而影响了其突破性创新的绩效。为提高KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效,企业需通过网络能力不断地从外部社会网络中获取其所需组织隐性知识和各类匮乏资源。鉴于此,笔者通过阅读相关文献,探

2、索KIBS中小企业网络能力对组织隐性知识获取及其突破性创新绩效的影响机制。本研究首先对企业网络能力、组织隐性知识获取以及突破性创新的基本理论进行阐述。其次,借鉴已有研究和相关理论,提出相关假设并构建关于企业网络能力(自变量)、组织隐性知识获取(中介变量)以及突破性创新绩效(因变量)的理论模型;其中企业网络能力主要分为网络规划能力、网络配置能力、网络运作能力和网络占位能力四维度;组织隐性知识获取包括组织根植型隐性知识获取和组织文化型隐性知识获取两个维度;企业突破性创新主要从技术绩效、市场绩效和财务绩效进行衡量。进而,借鉴相关研究理论展开问卷设计并根据CITC法(Corrected Item-To

3、tal Correlation)和Cronbachs 信度系数对初始问卷进行修缮,并最终形成大样本调查问卷。随后,回收整理问卷,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0软件进行数据分析,通过信度和效度检验(及因子分析)、相关性分析、回归分析及结构方程模型分析等实证分析验证研究模型和假设。最后,总结出本研究结论,并且在充分分析本研究的研究目的、研究对象、研究背景等特定情景条件基础上提出相应的实务建议,并概括了本研究存在的一些不足,以及对未来研究的展望。通过对浙江省213家KIBS中小企业问卷调查获取的数据进行分析,本研究获得的结论如下: (1)组织隐性知识获取包含组织根植型隐性知识获取和组织文化型

4、隐性知识获取两个因子。(2)网络能力四维度对组织隐性知识获取两维度均有显著正向影响。(3)组织隐性知识获取两维度对KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效有显著正向影响。(4)网络能力中的网络配置能力和网络运作能力对KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效有显著正向影响(5)网络能力中的网络规划能力和网络占位能力对KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效的显著正向影响未得到验证,但存在显著的间接影响(6)组织隐性知识获取在网络能力和KIBS中小企业突破性创新绩效之间发挥中介作用(7)企业的成立时间、企业规模等企业特性对各变量的相关关系存在部分的影响,通过单因子独立样本变异数分析(One-Way ANOVA)说明企业特性会对

However,most of the SEMs of KIBS have builded for few years and their resources are limited.Therefore most of the SEMs of KIBS cant have an expected radical innovation performance only by their own limited resources.To improve their radical innovation performance, the SEMs of K

8、IBS must use their network capability to obtain the required organization tacit knowledge and resources from the external social network. In view of this, by reading relevant literature, we explored the Influence mechanism for the network capability to the organization tacit knowledge acquisition an

9、d radical innovation performance.First, the relevant literatures about network capability, organization tacit knowledge acquisition and growth performance are reviewed in this paper. Secondly, based on the extant literature, this paper proposed the hypothesis and a theoretical model, which consists

10、of network capability, organization tacit knowledge acquisition and radical innovation performance. The network capability is divided into four dimensions, which are the network visioning capability, network constructing capability, network operating capability, network orienting capability. Organiz

11、ation tacit knowledge acquisition is divided into embedded knowledge acquisition and encultured knowledge acquisition. Radical innovation performance is mainly measured through the level of technical performance, market performance and financial performance .Thirdly, this paper designed and modified

12、 the original questionnaire based on Corrected Item-Total Correlation and Cronbachs coefficient, forming the final questionnaire. Fourth, this paper analyzed the hypothesis and model through credibility and validity analysis (EFA (exploratory factor analysis), correlation, regression analysis and st

13、ructural equation modeling. Finally, this paper summarized the conclusions, obtained the key finding through comparing with previous studies, gave some proposals, pointed out the limitations and put forward some suggestions for future research. The main research results are shown below after the ana

14、lysis of 213 valid samples that gained from the Small-and-medium-sized enterprises in KIBS in Zhejiang province: (1) Organization tacit knowledge acquisition can be divided into two factors, which are embedded knowledge acquisition and encultured knowledge acquisition. (2)Network capability has sign

15、ificant and positive effect on organization tacit knowledge acquisition. (3) The organization tacit knowledge acquisition has significant and positive effect on radical innovation performance. (4) Network constructing capability and network operating capability both have significant, positive and di

16、rect effect on growth performance. (5) Network visioning capability doesnt affect growth performance directly, neither of network orienting capability. But they both have significant and indirect effect on growth performance. (6) Organization tacit knowledge acquisition plays an intermediary role in the relationship between network capability and radical innovation performance. (7)The firms characteris
