Party A will then be entitled to take back the leased property and have recourse against Party B for breach of contract.六、保证金：Security Deposit:6.1 为确保租赁房屋及其设施之安全与完好及租赁期内相关费用之如期结算，乙方应在甲方提供该租赁房屋的产权证复印件(或预售/预租许可证)支付给甲方二个月租金额及管理费的租赁保证金计人民币 圆整，做为乙方确保合同履行之保证金，保证金的
13、支付日不得晚于起租日。乙方可以人民币形式支付保证金。甲方应在收到保证金的七个工作日内提供相应的正式收据给乙方。To ensure the welfare and good condition of the leased property as well as the prompt payment and settlement of all related charges during the term of the tenancy, Party B agrees to pay Party A security deposit equal to two months rent and manag
14、ement fee in the amount of RMB as security for Party Bs hereunder once the copy of ownership certificate (or pre-sell / pre-lease permit) of the premises is provided.
