Responsible for the

Responsible for packing and to do the documents for the spare-parts order.负责备件的包装并为销售备件订单准备相关的文件。Contents of the job:工作内容:Wareho
3、use Management: 仓库管理:- To receive the goods (including raw material, out-sourcing parts, semi-finished products, auxiliary material, tools) from the supplier, and put them in the QC area.从供应商处收货(包括毛坯、外购件、半成品、辅料、工具), 并放置待检区内；- To check the quantity and drawing number according to the delivery form根据交
4、货单核对货物数量和图号；To send the goods: check the quantity of the goods to be delivered (including raw material, semi-finished products and finished products), and put them in the delivery area.发送货物:核对发货数量（包括毛坯、半成品和成品），并将其放置交货区；- Stock record: to record all the warehouse inflows and outflows in the warehouse
5、 record book.手工登记库存账目:对所有进出仓库的物料进行手工登帐；- To check the quantity and surface quality for the returned sub-contracted parts对送回的外加工零件的数量和外部质量进行检查。Reporting:汇报:- Position holder Supervisor:该职位的直接主管希望得到如下汇报:1. 8、s delivered is in accordance with the quantity in the purchase contract核对交货数量是否与采购合同上的数量一致；- to provide some stock information to the Purchase Agents (material shortage for example) 向采购专员提供一些库存信息（例如：物料不足）；- to give the received material form to the Purchase Agents将收料单交与采购专员；2. With the Workshop Chief : to get the production plan for raw material, in order to make a preparation of the material according to the plan与车间主任：从车间主任处得到毛坯的施工单，该职位承担者根据施工单进行备料；6. With
11、the Workers : to give the materials to the Workers (raw material, tools, auxiliary material, )与工人：车间工人从该职位承担者处领料（毛坯、工具、辅料, ）；7. Ensure that the actual stock quantities are in accordance with the book record确保实际库存量与库存账目一致；3. Ensure to provide the material correc

15、e book record偶尔的核对实际库存数量是否与账簿上的记录一致。Knowledge requirements:知识技能要求: Degree/Experience: Senior High School Degree with 3 years of experience in related position. 学历/经验: 高中；三年相关的工作经验； Diploma: It would be better to have an accountant Certificate. . 职业证书: 有会计上岗证尤佳； Languages: Mandarin only . 语言: 普通话； General knowledge: Basic financial knowledge. 常规知识: 基础财务知识； Technical or practical knowledge: To be familiar with site material handling (location arrangement, regular part maintenance, ).技术和操作技能: 熟悉安置物料
