1、本科毕业论文(设计)题目:同煤集团煤峪口矿3#煤层开采初步设计 学院: 煤炭工程学院 班级: 09采矿工程一班 姓名: 贾少华 指导教师: 王星亮 职称: 副教授 完成日期: 2013 年 6 月 5 日同煤集团煤峪口矿3#煤层初步设计摘 要本次设计是开采煤峪口煤矿3号煤层,设计图纸共五张,说明书共十章。煤峪口煤矿位于大同市南西65,直线距离14公里。其地理位置为北纬40158.37,东经113738.28。区内交通十分方便,可通向全国各地 。本矿井设计主要是开采3号煤层,该煤层结构简单、埋藏稳定。在本井田范围内,煤层平均厚度为5.02米,最薄4.6米,最厚6.4m,井田均可采。本井田划分为二

2、个盘区,回采工艺采用后退式、一次采全高的采煤方法,采用“四六制”作业制度。工作面的设备有双端可调双滚筒采煤机、滑移支架、可弯曲刮板运输机、破碎机、转载机等。顶板管理采用滑移支架,采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。矿井运输大巷采用皮带运输作为主运输,采用连续运输车作为辅助运输,矿井通风采用轴流式扇风机边界、抽出式通风方式。在设计过程中体现了大型现代化矿井高产高效的设计原则,采用系统优化的方法,使矿井能够在一矿一井一面的条件下达到最佳生产能力。矿井采用三条煤巷,实现了集中生产;采用大功率、高效能的采煤机和大运量、高寿命的刮板输送机,提高了设备的配套能力及可靠性,保证工作面高产高效;副井采用罐笼提升,主

3、井采用斜井皮带运输。在设计说明书中完整地阐述了本设计各生产系统的选择和设备的配置情况,并在重要的、关键的方案作了技术比较,这是一个发展的矿井。所以在整个设计过程中体现了现代化的特点。关键字:立井;高产高效;倾向长壁采煤方法;现代化;一次采全高ABSTRACTThis design is to mine Meiyukou to turn the coal mine No.3 coal seam, the design diagram paper is total 5, and the manual is total 10.The Meiyukou turns coal mine to tv lo
