5、585.1研究总结585.2进一步的工作59参考文献60谢辞61论文独创性声明62摘要学校先期信息化建设停留在信息管理的层面上，主要以校务管理和教育资源管理为主，没有能实现知识增值的知识管理解决方案。学校知识管理平台建设目前在我国还处于起步阶段，没有成熟的案例系统可以参考。系统运行于国际互联网的环境下，有较高的安全性要求，同时系统部署的软硬件平台也日趋多样化，系统的架构应遵循开放的原则。采用.net技术、B/S多层架构体系，有利于提高系统的安全性与效率性，能够满足与平台无关的开放性要求。构建基于.net技术的学校知识管理平台，尤其是促进学校隐性知识的管理和共享，探索学校知识管理的有效模式，对促
6、进学校信息化建设和提高教师信息素养有着非常重要的现实意义，同时也为知识管理平台在学校中的推广应用积累系统建设的实践经验。论文主要以构建学校知识管理平台为背景，以实现知识共享、知识创新理念为目标，根据学校知识管理的具体知识对象，特别是隐性知识，通过目标分析建模，创建共享知识库，构建知识共享创新平台。探讨教学过程中知识的有效管理，如教案、论文、课件、试题库、读书笔记、教学随想等。构建基于互联网的初等教育学校知识管理门户网站系统，管理学校教学过程中知识的发布、共享、交流、转化和创新，为学生、教师、家长提供一个统一的知识交流共享平台。分析学校知识管理系统的架构，明确学校知识系统中需要管理的知识类型和共
7、享的形式，兼顾显性知识和隐性知识的不同特点，根据知识的转化规律，在系统中设计相适应的功能模块。论述利用.net技术构建一个高效、安全的学校知识管理平台的设计方案，讨论系统构建的关键技术点，并以教案管理为例阐述系统的实现细节和开发源码。关键词：知识管理，知识共享，知识创新，B/S体系，.net技术ABSTRACTStaying on the level of the information management,schools premature information-based construction was based on school administration and the m
8、anagerment of educational resources without providing any solution on the increment and management of knowledge.The construction of the knowledge management terrace in China has just started ,theres no system of mature case to consult. The system circulating in international internet requestes highe
9、r safety meanwhile,with the diversification of the software and hardware terrace deployed by system,the structure of the system should follow the liberal principle .Adopting the technique of .net and B/S multi-layer structure system ,it will be advantageous to raise the safety and efficiency of the
10、system,and can satisfy the request of the opening unrelated to the terrace.Based on the technique of .net,the terrace construction of school knowledge management is of practical meaning especially on promoting the management and share of school recessive knowledge,exploring effective modes of school
