This may seem common sense now,but at that time it was revolutionary thinking.But it was not just a brave old fashioned Victorian engineering that changed the life of people in London; it is also a clever design that may bring the problem in other places under control now. Over 748 million people around the world still dont have access to clean water, while about 2.5 billion people do not have access to a toilet.
