1、I 年处理年处理 50005000 吨芒果工厂设计吨芒果工厂设计 摘摘 要要 芒果是当前流行的一种水果之一，广受青睐。多年年来人们对芒果的热爱始终 不减，目前芒果在全球的消耗量首屈一指，也是消耗量排名靠前饮料的生产原料。 2014 年，世界芒果产量己超过 2.5 万吨，远远超过其他水果饮料。 芒果是中国的南方特有农产品，营养价值极高，同时具有保健功效。中国丰富 的芒果资源为饮料及相关食品工厂的建立提供了良好的原料来源。本设计中把产品 定位为市场前景广的芒果原料，年产量 10 万吨。根据设计任务书，设计生产工艺流 程并进行工艺计算并对重点设备和能量消耗进行计算。产品的广阔市场为工厂的生 存和发展
