1、中小型外资企业健康与安全管理规定(双语板)第九部分:健康与安全Section 9:Health & Safety9.1 安全声明9.1 Safety StatementXX网有责任,在合理范围内,确保所有员工工作期间的健康、安全并避免员工受伤。此外,XX网有义务确保健康与安全规程得以有效执行,并且使所有员工、访客以及协约方都了解该规程的细节并予以遵守。所有员工也有遵守公司安全规则的法定义务。China HR has a responsibility to ensure, as far as is reasonably practical, the health, safety and prev

2、ention of injuries to all employees in the work place. Moreover, China HR has a duty to ensure that the Health and Safety Policy is effectively implemented and to ensure that the details are brought to the attention of and adhered to by the employees, visitors and contractors. All employees, in turn

4、 company recognizes that its obligations are to:- Take all practical steps to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all employees, customers and visitors to our premises- Provide adequate working conditions for our employees with proper facilities to safeguard their health and safety, and to e

5、nsure that any work which is undertaken, so far as is reasonably practical, produces no risks to health and safety- Encourage employees to co-operate with management in all safety matters, to identify hazards which may exist and to report any condition which may appear dangerous or unsatisfactory, a

6、nd to ensure that each member of the staff accepts his/her responsibility not to endanger self or others- Good health and safety means being aware of things that could cause an accident (hazards) and following established safety rules and procedures to prevent them from occurring9.2 员工合作9.2 Co-opera

7、tion of Employees所有XX网的员工都有责任对自己的安全,以及工作中可能影响到的同事及周围其他人员的安全负责。All employees of China HR are obliged to take reasonable care for their own safety and that of their colleagues and anyone else that may be affected by their acts or omissions while at work.每一位员工有责任:Each Employee has a duty to:妥善照顾好自身的安全、

9、ns provided to secure safety, health and welfare at work, in such a manner so as to provide the protection intended.每位员工应该首先对自身的安全健康负责。Be aware of the person responsible for safety, health and welfare on the premises9.3 消防安全9.3 Fire safety火灾是在公司可能出现的最为严重的事故。您必须掌握如何在火灾中保护自己和他人。A fire is potentially t

10、he most serious thing that can occur on the premises. 13、n doubt)- Do not re-enter the building until the all clear has been given by the fire officer9.4 事故与危险、风险9.4 Accidents, Hazards and Risks物品掉落和绊倒是最常见的办公室意外受伤事故。员工应该始终注意这些潜在的危险。如果您发现了任何潜在的危险,您必须立刻上报。The most common forms of accidents in any office are falls and trips.Employees should always be careful

14、 to lookout for potential hazards. In the case of any potential hazards being noticed by an employee, you must report it immediately.经理们应负责采取必要措施规避和减少物品的不规则摆放。工作场所所有的工伤事故必须向您的经理报告,并完成相关证明文件。Managers are responsible for taking action to eliminate or reduce the exposure. All injuries and accidents at

15、work must be reported to your Manager and the relevant documentation completed.9.5 事故与急救9.5 Accidents and First Aid所有员工都应该知道急救箱的位置,如果发生了事故,您应该知道去哪里或者找谁去获得急救,您同时应该向您的直属领导报告此事。All employees should be aware of the location of the first aid box and if an injury occurs to yourself or to another employee you should be aware of whom to go to get first aid and also report the incident除非为脱离紧急危险需要,事故现场的人员不要试图去挪动伤员。A witness to an injury should not attempt to move any employee unless it is to remove him or her from immediate danger.
