1、（建筑工程设计）毕业设计 龙固中一新村住宅小区工程 施工组织设计 龙固中一新村住宅小区 本工程为“沛县龙固中一新村住宅小区”栋号为 1#号楼工程，项目位于沛龙公路北侧，龙固 镇西侧。建筑面积约 6438 平方米,7 层，建筑高度 20.55 米。砖混结构，民用住宅。本工程抗震设 防烈度 7 度，耐火等级二级，建筑使用耐久年限二级，主体结构合理使用年限 50 年，屋面防水等 级级。本工程为砖混结构住宅楼，结构层次为 7 层；安全等级为二级，建筑场地类别为类。基 础采用钢筋混凝土条形基础。混凝土强度等级：基底垫层为 C15 素砼，基础采用 C35 砼,其余 C25 砼。基础下采用粉喷桩. 砌体材料
