SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS1.) 童工准则:1.1 公司不可招用童工或支持招用童工的行为。1.2 公司应该建立、记录、维持有关拯救童工的政策和程序,和有效的传达这些政策和程序给

2、员工和其它利益团体,并且应该提供足够的支持来促使童工接受学校教育,直到他们超过儿童年龄为止。1.3 公司应该建立、记录、维持有关推广童工教育和未成年工教育的政策和程序,并且有效的传达这些政策和程序给员工和其它利益团体,这些政策程序规定下的儿童必须符合国际劳工组织第146条条款建议,未成年则属于当地强制教育法律规定下的年龄或正在求学当中。政策和程序应该包括具体措施来确保在上课时间内不招用童工或未成年工,而且童工和未成年工的每日交通(来回工作地点和学校)、上单和工作时间加起来不得超过十小时。1.4 公司不可置儿童或未成年工人于工作环境内外任何具危险性、不安全性或不健康的情况之下。1. CHILD

3、LABOR Criteria:1.1 The company shall not engage in or support the use of child labor as defined above;1.2 The company shall establish, document, maintain, and effectively communicate to personnel and other interested parties policies and procedures for remediation of children found to be working in

4、situations which fit the definition of child labour above, and shall provide adequate support to enable such children to attend and remain in school until no longer a child as defined above.1.3 The company shall establish, document, maintain, and effectively communicate to personnel and other intere

5、sted parties policies and procedures for promotion of education for children covered under ILO Recommendation 146 and young workers who are subject to local compulsory education laws or are attending school, including means to ensure that no such child or young worker is employed during school hours

6、 and that combined hours of daily transportation (to and from work and school), school, and work time does not exceed 10 hours a day.1.4 The company shall not expose children or young workers to situations in or outside of the workplace that are hazardous, unsafe, or unhealthy.2.) 强迫性劳动准则:2.1 公司不可有(

FORCED LABOUR Criterion:2.1 the company shall not engage in or support the use of forced labour, nor shall personnel be required to lodge deposits or identity papers upon commencing employment with the company.3.) 健康与安全准则:3.1 公司应该考虑到工业中普遍认知的危险和任何特定的危险。而提供一个健康与安全

8、的工作环境,并且采取适当的步骤,来防范因工作而产生的跟工作有关的或工作当中发生的意外和伤害,在合理实施范围内,尽量减少工作环境中固有的危险原因。3.2 公司应该指定一个高阶管理代表,来负责所有员工的健康与安全,并且负责实施本标准中有关健康与安全的规定。3.3 公司应该确保所有的员工都接受定期的和有记录的健康与安全训练,并为新进和调职的员工重复举办这项训练。3.4 公司应该建立系统检查、防范可能危害员工健康与安全的隐患或采取相应对策。3.5 公司应该提供所员工干净的卫生間,可饮用的水,在适当的情况下,并提供员工储藏食物的卫生设备。3.6 如果公司提供员工宿舍,应该确保宿舍设备干净、安全,并能满足

HEALTH AND SAFETY Criteria:3.1 The company, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards, shall provide a safe and healthy working environment and shall take adequate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with or

10、 occurring in the course of work, by minimizing, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent the working environment;3.2 The company shall appoint a senior management representative responsible for the health and safety of all personnel, and accountable for the implementation

11、 of the Health and Safety elements of this standard;3.3 The company shall ensure that all personnel receive regular and recorded health and safety training, and that such training is repeated for new and reassigned personnel;3.4 The company shall establish systems to detect, avoid or respond to pote

12、ntial threats to the health and safety of all personnel;3.5 The company shall provide, for use by all personnel, clean bathrooms, access to potable water, and, if appropriate, sanitary facilities for food storage;3.6 The company shall ensure that, if provided for personnel, dormitory facilities are

13、clean, safe, and meet the basic needs of the personnel.4.) 组织工会的自由与集体谈判的权利准则:4.1 公司应该尊重所有员工自由成立和参加工会,以及集体谈判的权利。4.2 当自由组织工会和集体谈判的权利受到法律限制的时候,公司应该协助员工采用类似的方法来达到独立和自由的联合和谈判的目的。4.3 公司应该确保工会代表不受歧视,并且在工作环境中能够接触工会的会员。4. FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION & RIGHT TO COLLECTVE BARGAINING Criteria:4.1 The company shall r

14、espect the right of all personnel to form and join trade unions of their choice and to bargain collectively;4.2 The company shall, in those situations in which the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining are restricted under law, facilitate parallel means of independent and free as

15、sociation and bargaining for all such personnel;4.3 The company shall ensure that representatives of such personnel are not the subject of discrimination and that such representatives have access to their members in the workplace,5.) 歧视准则:5.1 公司在聘用、报酬、训练机会、升级、解聘或退休等事务上,不可从事或支持任何基于种族、社会阶级、国籍、宗教、残疾、性别、性别取向、工会会员资格或政治关系的歧视行为。5.2 公司不可干涉员工遵奉涉及种族、社会阶级、国籍、宗教、残疾、性别、性别取向和工会的信条、规范或要求的权利。5.3 公司不可允许带有强迫性、威胁性、凌辱性或剥削性的性侵犯行为,包括姿势、语言和实际的接触。5.
