1、1000升IBC吨桶使用说明OPERATION INSTRUCTION OF IBC1、灌装及储存 使用者在灌装前须进行灌装物与本容器原材料的化学相容性试验。灌装时先打开灌装口盖，插入外径小于150mm的管子实施灌装，灌装完毕后拧紧密封盖。热灌装要求小于60C, 并等到灌装物冷却至环境温度后再拧紧封盖。注意遮蓬贮存，避免曝晒。FILLING &STORAGE Users should make an experiment to ensure the chemical compatibility of the liquidto be filled with the raw material of
2、 the IBC. In the course of filling please remove the top fillinglip, then fill though the pipe with external diameter less than 150mm，finally tighten all closuresafter filling. The temperature of hot filling shall not exceed 60C. Closures shall be screwed tightlyuntil the liquid is cooled to normal
3、atmospheric temperature.2、排液打开顶部的灌装口盖，旋下阀门前端螺纹盖，撕开封闭用的铝膜;如使用阀门接管，请将其连同垫圈套在螺纹盖中，拧回放料阀并拧紧。也可采用其它合适的接口放料。然后卸门手柄上的锁闭螺丝，再将阀门手柄顺时针扳动以开始放料。放料完毕后逆时针转手柄关闭阀门，装上锁闭螺丝，旋上放料阀密封盖和灌装口盖。DISCHARGE Remove the top filling lid. Unscrew and remove sealing cap from the discharge valve. Cutoff Alnm foil. When using valve n
4、ozzle for easy drain, please insert nozzle into the sealing cap andscrew the cap onto the discharge valve with gasket and tighten it. Or use other adaptors for discharge.Unscrew the locking bolt of the valve handle. Rotate the valve handle clockwise to begin discharge.After discharge please rotate t
5、he valve handle counterclockwise to seal the valve, install the securitybolt and screw the sealing cap of discharge valve and top filling lid.3、装卸本容器的提升方式为底部提升，不允许使用顶部提升方式。底部提升时，叉车的叉臂进入叉孔并超过对面底部钢框后方可提升。堆码时务必把上面容器底部钢框放置在下面容器顶部钢框内，不允许叉臂碰撞内容器、钢框架、阀门、护角以及托盘中除叉孔以外的部位。LIFTING Only lifting IBCs from the bo

Lifting form the top is forbidden.4、车辆或集装箱内装载 IBC桶包装货物运输时，集装箱或车辆应具备至少同容器等高的刚性围壁和围栏。装载两层时，务必在车箱或集装箱内放置合适的缓冲物并加以捆扎。LOADING IN TRUCK OR ISO CONTAINER The ISO containers or vehicles should be equipped with rigid wallor surrounding bar which are not lower than the high of the IBCs. Whe
7、n two high of loading is permitted,users shouid place proper cushions and take methods to fix every IBC.5、日常维护和检查 严禁阀门和内容器受到外力冲击和碰撞。在二次回用灌装前，必须对返回容器的状态进行仔细检查，例如内容器和框架是否被撞击过从形成泄漏点或影响正常装卸和堆码。特别需要对阀门进行检查，注意安装在阀门根部铝紧固螺帽和内容器结合部是否紧密。MAINTENANCE &INSPECTION The valve inner container of IBC must be protected strictly from hittingor colliding . Before refilling users should check the condition of recycled container to avoid anyunsafety. Specially a check must be done for the valve.
