3、lsLPPOMMUI对原料清真性的要求 3 GENERALGUIDELINES一般规定 TheterminologyofHALALfoodsinIslammustnotonlyconfineorcomplyingtocleanlinessandhygienicinitsqualitybutalsothecontentsofthefoodsmustincompliancetothestandardssetupbytheIslamiclawstipulatedintheAlQuranandHadits 清真食品 在伊斯兰教中不只是要确认和遵守其品质上的清洁性和卫生性 同时也需要符合古兰经和哈地斯上
4、的所规定的食物成份符合特定要求 TheterminologyofHARAMfoodsinIslammeansthefoodsarenotonlybeingproducednonhygienicandcleanlinessinitsqualitybutthecontentsofthefoodsarenoncomplyingtotheprinciplestipulatedintheQuranorHadits 非清真食品 在伊斯兰教中是指食物的生产过程或者原料不符合古兰经和哈地斯的规定 4 Halalmeansallowedorlawful Inthecaseofdietsandfoods most
5、ofthemareconsideredtobehalalunlesstheyarespecifiedormentionedintheQur anorhadits清真的意思是指被准许和合法的 在食品和通常所吃的食物中 大部份是被认为是清真的 除非在古兰经或哈地斯中有特别注明 Harammeansprohibitedorunlawful InIslam Haramfoodsaremeantunlawful 非清真是指被禁止或不合法 非清真食品是指不合法的食品 5 HarammaterialsstipulatedinQur anareasfollows古兰经中所规定的非清真原料如下 carrion腐

9、lationsinaccordancewiththeIslamicLaw宰杀过程必须由健全的穆斯林成人来实行 并且必须完全了解伊斯兰教关于宰杀动物的规定 3 Beforeslaughteringtheanimalmustbealive动物在被宰杀前必须是活的Theanimal s mustbeslaughterwell usingasharpobject knife madeofmetal动物必须完全被宰杀 使用金属原料并且是锋利的刀Slaughteringisprecededbyheardlysaying在宰杀前必须念出 BismillahiAllahuAkbar 8 Slaughterin
10、gitselfshouldbecarriedoutfromthefrontoftheneckbycuttingthethroatoroesophagus windpipeoftrachea andthetwojugularveins sothatthebloodwillthoroughlydrain宰杀的时候必须切其喉咙 食管和气管 并让血液完全流掉 7 Slaughteringmustbefinishedcompletelyinonecuttingaction 宰杀必须在一刀中完成 SLAUGHTERING 宰杀 9 MUIFATWAONCERTAINMATERIALSMUI伊斯兰教学者对特
11、定原料的规定 Pork猪肉Porkanditsderivatives includingfats fattyacids protein aminoacids hair feather bone enzyme etc areconsideredharam 猪和其附加产物 包括脂肪 脂肪酸 毛发 羽毛 骨头 酶 等 被认为是非清真的Porkutilizationinanyformisprohibited includingutilizationofporkderivedmaterialsinfermentationmediaorasprocessingaid 猪肉的任何衍生物都是被禁止的 包括在醗

16、d任何由酒精饮料工业经过物理分离的成分被列为非清真原料 如 杂醇油 异戊基酒精 啤酒硣母 酒石酸Iftheseparatedcomponentsarefurtherreactedchemicallytoproducenewcomponents thenewproductsarehalalandpure若已分离的成份再经过化学反应而形成新的成份 那么新的产品是清真和纯的Vinegararehalalandpure醋是清真和纯的Yeastseparatedfromalcoholicbeveragesindustryandthenwashedtoproducenewmaterialswithnobrewerytastes smellandcolouranymorearehalalandpure由酒精饮料所分离和清洗以形成新原料的硣母 无酒精味 味道和颜色 是清真和纯的 13 Fuseloil杂醇油 AlcoholicdistilleddrinksprocessNonalcoholicdrinksprocess酒精饮料蒸馏程序非酒精饮料蒸馏程序HARAM非清真HALAL清真Fuseloilas
