SHIPMENT （运输）：The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time from the port of shipment to thedestination.Transshipment are allowed. Par
7、tial shipment is not allowed.卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的港，允许转运、不允许分批装运。11. SHIPPING ADVISE （装船通知）：卖方应于装货完成后， 用邮件方式将有关合同号、 品名、数量、发票价值、 毛重、 运输工具名称、 交货日期、货物预计抵达日等资料通知买方，买方提前做好接货准备。The sellers shall upon the completion of the loading of the goods, advise by mail to the buyersof the Contract No., commodity, qu

QUALITY AGREEMENT （质量约定）：卖方保证合同货物符合出口国、进口国质量技术要求（ 由卖方提供进口国技术标准）。The seller guarantees that the contract goods conform to
9、the quality and technicalrequirements of exporter and importer（the technical requirements of importer should beprovided by seller）13. Discrepancy and Claim （异议与索赔） :In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be lodged by the Buyers within daysafter the arrival of the goods at the port of destinati
10、on, while for quantity discrepancy, claimshould be lodged by the Buyers within days after the arrival of the goods at theport of destination. In all cases, claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports ofRecognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the Sellers. Should the responsibility of the subjectund
11、er claim be found to rest on the part of the Sellers.The buyer raises objections if exceed the objection period of contract,the seller shall not be approved and does not assume responsibility 品质异议须于货到目的口岸之日起 天内提出，数量异议须于货到目的口岸之日起天内提出，但均须提供经卖方同意的公证行的检验证明。如责任属于卖方者，卖方于收到异议 天内答复买方并提出处理意见。买方超出合同约定的异议期限内提出

FORCE MAJEURE （不可抗力）：The Sellers shall not be held responsible if they fail, owing to Force Majeure cause or causes, to make delivery within the time stipulated in this ontract or cannot deliver the goods. However, the Sellers shall inform immediately the Buyers by cable. The Se
13、llers shall deliver to the Buyers by registered letter, if it is requested by the Buyers, a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or by any competent authorities, attesting the existence of the said cause or causes. The Buyers failure to obtain the relative
14、 Import Licenceis not to be treated as Force Majeure. 因人力不可抗拒事故使卖方不能在本售货合约规定期限内交货或不能交货， 卖方不负责任， 但是 卖方必须立即以电报通知买方。 如果买方提出要求， 卖方应以挂号函向买方提供由中国国际贸易促进委 员会或有关机构出具的证明， 证明事故的存在。 买方不能领到进口许可证， 不能被认为系属人力 不可抗拒范围。15. ARBITRATION （仲裁）：Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted
15、 to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commissions arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both partied. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party. Performance of this contract and dispute resolution are apply to the law of the Peoples Republic of China.与此合同有关的争议应通过友好协商解决。 如果协商无法解决， 提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员 会进行仲裁。 按照申请仲裁时该会现
