2、得出作业单位的密切程度关系，依据作业单位的密切关系安排各作业单位间的位置，再绘制出作业单位位置相关图，最后将作业单位位置相关图与各个单位的实际面积结合起来，得到可行的备选方案，再采用加权因素对新方案与原始工厂布置方案进行评价择优，选出最佳方案。本次课题可以对公司搬迁后新建提供有力的帮助。 关键词: 系统布置设计（SLP） 生产设施规划 改善 布置方案Abstract This article is blue company, for example, the companys production plant layout design improvement.
