3、 this country by knowing the culture differences so as to achieve the goal The business negotiation will be failed if people do not know the country s business etiquette Therefore it is very important to have a study on the business etiquette among the countries before doing international business T

4、his paper aims to prove the important role of business etiquette in business negotiation Moreover the definition of business etiquette and business negotiation are introduced as well as the non verbal communication etiquette This paper also analyzes the the cultural differences between the etiquette

5、 norms in China and western countries including the basic etiquette forms appearance and behaviors etiquette greeting etiquette addressing etiquette table etiquette and so on in order to present the knowledge of business etiquette between China and western countries so as to have a successful busine

6、ss negotiation especially in the international business negotiation Key words business etiquette culture differences business negotiation international business 摘要摘要 随着中国经济的飞速发展 对外贸易越来越频繁 特别是中美两国的 当 两国进行贸易交易时 由于两国的文化差距必然会导致两国的商务礼仪差异的 影响 而商务礼仪又是在商务洽谈中重要的一部分 不同文化环境下会产生不 同的商务礼仪 在国际商务活动中 为了达到交际的目标 就必须要从
