10、zation）一、写作技巧（一）概述公证是指国家公证机关根据当事人的申请，对某法律行为，有法律意义的文件和事实，依据法定的程序确认其合法性和真实性的一种活动。公证书的概念公证书是国家公证机关依据公民、法人或非法人团体的申请，对其法律行为、具有法律意义的文书和事实，出具具有特殊法律效力的证明文书。涉外公证书是指由我国公证机关出具的准备在外国管辖范围内使用的公证书。（二）公证书的种类公证书的种类很多，涉及到社会、经济、文化等各个领域。例如，委托证明书（power ofattorney certificate）、继承权证明书（certificate of inheritance）、亲属关系证明书（c
