3、的工资待遇则作相应调整。第七条乙方依法缴纳个人所得税，甲方依法代为扣缴。第八条发生下列情形之一，本协议提前终止：1、发生甲方或乙方不可抗拒的因数，造成一方或双方不能继续履行合同的;2、双方就解除本协议协商一致的;3、乙方由于健康原因不能履行本协议义务的。第九条符合下列情况之一的，甲方可以解除本合同，辞退乙方1、乙方因严重违反劳动纪律，按甲方员工守则及奖惩办法规定可以辞退的。2、乙方因病或非因工负伤在规定的医疗期满后，不能从事原工作也不能从事另行安排的工作的;3、乙方不服从甲方的工作安排。4、甲方宣告破产、不再从事原经营行业。第十条乙方有以下行为，甲方有权立即通报开除乙方并追究由此造成的损失：1
4、、虚报帐目，帐目不清，弄虚作假，贪污货款。2、偷盗财物，散布影响公司及同事形象的谣言。第十一条乙方同意医疗费用自理，医疗期内甲方不支付劳务费。第十二条本协议终止、解除后，乙方应在一周内将有关工作向甲方移交完毕，并附书面说明，如给甲方造成损失、应予赔偿。第十三条甲、乙双方若单方面解除本协议，需提前一个月通知另一方。第十四条自协议生效起正常履行满_年时甲方一次性支付给乙方_万元，协议期满甲方再一次性支付给乙方_万元整。因为任何原因协议未能达到上述时间甲方不作任何补赏。第十五条因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，均提请甲方所在地仲裁委员会按照该会仲裁规则进行仲裁。任何一方不服仲裁裁决的，可继续向
