3、龄化问题越来越受到广大学者的关注，在我国经济飞速发展，全力构建和谐社会的过程中，农村人口老龄化问题日渐凸显，必须引起高度重视。我国农业人口众多，农村人口的老龄化程度对我国整体都有巨大影响。在巍山县，全县户籍总人口为316746人，其中：农业人口282566人，非农业人口34180人，了解人口老龄化的发展趋势，采取有效措施，防患和解决好由于人口老龄化所带来的各种社会问题，对于促进我县社会和经济稳定、协调、持续发展，全面实现建设小康社会目标有着非常重要的意义。本文以以中国已步入老龄化社会，以第六次人口普查的结果显示我国老龄化程度较高作为切入点，分了四个方面的内容，第一，先对人口老龄化及养老保障的相
4、关概念做了详尽的阐述，明确其概念范围及考评指标；第二，通过资料收集整理研究，从我国现阶段国情的大背景出发结合巍山县县况，介绍我国的人口老龄化现状和巍山县人口老龄化现状及形成原因分析；第三，进一步结合巍山县实际情况，介绍了农村养老保障现状及其中村存在的问题；第四，借鉴了国外解决人口老龄化所带来的养老保障问题的成功经验；第五，最后提出结合巍山县本地特色的应对人口老龄化的农村养老保障的对策和建议。农村人口老龄化给社会养老和传统的家庭养老都带来了巨大的压力和挑战，希望通过本文的对策和建议，能给巍山县农村老年人口的老年生后筑起一道安心的屏障。关键词： 人口老龄化，农村养老保障，家庭养老，社会养老Abst

13、ty, Family Support, Social Support绪论一、 研究背景和意义如今，人口老龄化问题逐渐成为全球关注的热点，世界许多国家已经或即将迈入老龄化社会。2011年在全世界69.7亿人口中，有7.8亿为60岁以上的老年人，占总人口的11%。而根据联合国经济和社会事务部人口司的预测，到2100年，全球60岁以上老年人的比重将会达到28%。陈彦斌,程冬,戴轶群. 人口老龄化背景下的中国经济增长研究. 北京100872人口老龄化社会发展的必然产物，现已是困扰世界各国的一个巨大社会问题，中国作为发展中国家和人口总量最多的国家，人口老龄化无疑是值得关注的。人口老龄化是指一个国家或地区
