2、0DP、自动水位传感器对温度、压力和水位信号进行采集处理;采用固态整流器SSS-40 DA以弱电流驱动系统而节省能源;在人机交流方面采用中文液晶显示并通过独立键盘进行用户设置;为提高控制精度,系统采用了FUZZY-PID混合模糊控制算法对温度进行非线性控制;通过以上途径最终实现了高温高压蒸汽灭菌。本系统功能齐全,实现了灭菌器工作过程自动化,温度控制精度可达1,压力浮动范围保持在3kpa,在保证灭菌效果的前提下缩短了工作周期,人机交流方便、界面友好。关键词:蒸汽;灭菌器;单片机;自动控制Automatic controlbased on single chipdesign ofthe steam

4、e module; uses under-exhausts pulsation initial vacuum technology; obtains the vacuum with the vacuum pump three extraction gas to speed up the preheating process, obtains the saturated steam through the electric heating to form the high pressure saturated hot steam sterilizing medium; uses the Pt10

5、0 thermal resistance temperature sensor separately, integrates micro core pressure transmitter MPX2200DP, the self-made water level sensor to the temperature, the pressure and the water level signal carries on gathering processing; uses solid state rectifier SSS-40 DA to save the energy by the weak-

6、current actuation system; uses Chinese liquid crystal display in the man-machine exchange aspect and carries on the user establishment through the independent keyboard; In order to enhance the control precision system to use FUZZY-PID to mix the fuzzy control algorithm to carry on the non-linear con
