1、 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： EPC总承包工程项目的风险管理 学 院： 管理学院 专业班级： 行政管理12级（01）班 指导教师： 张亚丽 职称： 副教授 学生姓名： 徐 浩 学 号： 41205070109 II论EPC总承包工程项目的风险管理摘 要 EPC总承包模式目前在发达国家广泛使用业已成为一种成熟的建筑模式。但是EPC模式的发展在我国还相对较慢，现在只运用于较少类型的项目，如化学工业和工程项目中被采用。但是近几年来随着中国社会经济的不断发展，国家实行“走出去”战略布局后，我国的建筑行业得到日新月异的发展，EPC总承包模式的应用和发展在时代的变迁下日益得到广泛关注。 从项目管理的角度来
2、看EPC使得各参与方的责任更明确，工程质量更加有保证。从业主的角度来看EPC模式能够帮他从琐碎、繁杂的项目管理过程中释放出来。从总承包商角度来看，他能够获得更多利润的机会。然而随着总承包商获取利润和执行权利的提升，更多的项目风险也尾随而至。我国建筑行业的发展需要大利推广EPC模式。但是因为EPC项目本身具有风险大的特点，使得在推动的过程中遇到了许多问题。 本文在深入分析EPC模式的基础上，依据风险管理的内容及流程从EPC风险的识别入手，研究了风险的分担、承包商的主要风险。而后，利用项目阶段分析法，借助相关的工程实例，利用调查问卷法进行专家打分，再通过风险评价指数法对风险因素进行了评价分析。并根
3、据研究成果给出解决方案。本文的研究有助于总承包商在今后EPC模式的项目过程中，对待风险更加熟练。关键词：EPC，总承包，风险管理，项目管理IDiscussion On The Risk Management Of EPC General Contract ProjectABSTRACT EPC is a mature model and is widely used in construction industry in developed countries. However,in China, EPC is developing slowly. Now it is adopted only
4、 in a few types of project such as chemical industry and engineering industry. From the point of view of continuance, EPC makes the liability of all participator more unambiguous, so the quality can be more easily ensured; from the point of view of employer, EPC helps him release from the fussy work
5、 of project management;from the point of view of general contractor, EPC gives him the chance to earn more profit. Many problems will be faced during the course of pushing EPC. While the improve- ment of profit and the strengther of contract power, more risks will follow the general contractor. In t
6、his disseratation, the writer used systemic thoughtway to analyse the risk, re- curring to some engineering practice. In conclusion, the writer brought forward the risk list of EPC. Under the base of deep analysis of EPC model, the writer did resear- ch on the risk management of EPC by the RAC model
7、 and the expert replying meth- ods. The writer brought out the measures that can slove the risk.
