1、台灣科技驗證股份有限公司 Taiwan Technology Approvals Co.,Ltd.UL 產品安全申請認證所需資料按標準要求，廠商在測試前需提供我方下列資料：1. 填寫：產品安全驗證申請客戶資料表 附件1.12. 填寫：產品基本資料清單 附件1.2-此清單包括所有零件之産品型號、生産廠家、零部件編號及有關參數（電流、電壓、功率、阻燃等級等）。-對於具有安規認證的元器件，例如：電源線、插頭、開關、溫控器、保-險管等，請提供歐洲認證證書複印件。與安全有關之零部件，如未具有安全認證，請提供技術參數，包括産品型號、生産廠家、額定電流、電壓、工作溫度等，以便由我方進行隨機測試。.電路圖.線

HF-2, 5VA/5VB)V test ：啟動開關後，不需使用者持續操作即可自行運作的家電產品，其所使用的塑料需通過V 燃燒測試。HB test：燈具及使用時必須由使用者持續操作的電器(家電)產品，如hair dryer等， 必須要通過HB 燃燒測試。HBF test：針對發泡塑膠材料使用在電器產品及其他裝置的零件上(但是不用於結構支撐)VTM
8、 test：同V test，只是產品厚度太薄, 約0.25mm.4. 最大及最小厚度: Min. Thickness (mm) Max Thickness (mm)如果只申請一個厚度，將來只能生產該厚度+10% 誤差以內的產品。Please note that if only one thickness is specified, we will restrict your Recognition to that thickness only.
