1、“6S现场管理制度1 S“6S现场管理制度1.do车间“6S现场管理制度车间“6S现场管理制度车间“6S现场管理制度编制:编制日期:编号审批:执行日期:代替目的:为了规范员工的日常行为及工作管理以提高工作效率，产品质量，并确保工作环境的干净、整洁、，车间员工必须遵守以下制度。 1、上班时间，立即进入工作岗位，不准闲谈、玩耍、随意走动，不准看杂志，打瞌睡，做任何与工作无关的事，生产线员工非工作原因离开工位需告知班长(包括打开水、上厕所)。 2、工作要有条理、成品、半成品、不合格品要有标识并整齐放在规定区域，通道不堆放杂物，失落地面的零件，物料应拾起，离开工位应关闭设备工具电源。 下班时要工具，台
2、面及周边卫生。 3、讲究卫生，不准随地吐痰，乱堆放垃圾、污垢、或碎屑应及时清理，保持工作场所整洁卫生和空气流通。 4、服从上级领导，听从指挥，尽忠职守，不得有阳奉阴违，怠慢拖延的行为。 5、上班时间全体员工应通力合作，同舟共济，不得吵闹、斗殴、互相闲谈、聊天，以及搬弄是非、扰乱工作秩序、影响工作环境。 6、拿取物料必须注意产品型号、标识、防止混料错料。 7、全体员工必须不断提高自已的工作技能，达到工作上精益求精、提高工作效率的目的。 8、爱护公物，节约使用各种办公物品和水电资源，爱惜各种设备物资，对零件、成品、设备、工具必须轻拿轻放。 9、每星期大扫除时要彻底对车间进行、整顿、清扫、清洁、po
