1、Period 4Section B 3aSelf Check.教学准备教师:本课所要教授的衣物和数字的图片或幻灯片;设计课后巩固练习的幻灯片。学生:复习总结所学的衣物名词,预习本课内容。.教学目标1复习掌握本单元的单词及几个短语。2熟练运用本单元句型:How much is.?/Its./How much are.?/They are.3该部分学习内容主要是谈论对服装的喜好,涉及学生的穿着,易于激发学生的主动性和学习兴趣;同时通过购物的对话练习,教学生学会购物时使用的礼貌用语和如何感谢他人。4通过了解中西方文化对衣物喜好的异同和中外货币价值异同,初步树立跨文化意识。.教学重点熟练运用本单元句型

2、:How much is.?/Its./How much are.?/They are.教学难点行为动词一般现在时的肯定句、否定句和一般疑问句的结构,尤其是第三人称单数形式的变化。.教学步骤Step 1:Leadin建议1:Sing a song颜色词blue蓝gray灰,white白的像雪堆。yellow黄green绿,red红的似血迹。orange橙purple紫,black黑的如墨汁。brown棕褐色,color颜色记仔细。建议2:Guessing game借助多媒体,不断闪现所学的衣服和数字,让学生复习所学的重要单词。Step 2:Practice the sentences给学生创设

3、一个场景,让学生去服装店买衣服,熟练应用本单元的句型。A:Can I help you?B:Yes,please.I want.A:What color do you want?B:.A:Here you are.B:How much.?A:.B:Ill take it(them)Thank you.A:Youre welcome.Step 3:Shopping game服务员首先打招呼:May I help you?What can I do for you?Can I help you?顾客讲出要求,需要购买时:Id like.I want.Can I have a look at.Im

4、looking for.只是闲逛时:Just have a look.No,thanks.Im just looking around.询问顾客想买的商品时:What kind/color/size do you want?What about the color/size?向顾客推荐商品时:How do you like.?How about.?询问和说明价格:How much is it?How much are they?What s the price of.?Its./Theyre.决定购买:Ill take it/them.付钱:Here is the money.Step 4:P

5、resent 3a让学生先看图并补全广告信息。让学生两人一组表演此广告。在小组内表演此广告。各小组进行PK。Step 5:WritingLanguage points:atat our great saleat a very good priceat clothes storeinhave Tshirts in red,green and white建议1:1)引导学生在筑词表上进行筑词活动,引导学生采用分类、总结等各种途径记忆单词,完成第2部分的教学任务。2)Play a game通过游戏,激活学生已经掌握的相关词汇。游戏规则:在规定时间内看哪组同学写出的单词多、正确率高。完成在规定时间内的

6、单词接龙后,小组进行互评;老师按照单词写得多少、正确率高低,分别给予评价。(老师的评价中需渗透对学生情感和学习策略方面的评价)3)引导学生阅读3a部分中的短文,根据短文内容填写价格标签,完成3b部分的教学任务。建议2:将3a和3b改编为Writing,讲述英语广告词的写法,培养和提高学生的写作能力。Step 6:Present Self Check1Describe what these people are wearing today.(描述身边人的穿着)建议1:进行竞猜游戏。一名同学描述班里某位同学的穿着,其他人猜被描述的同学是谁,看哪位同学反应得快。建议2:描述父母或老师的穿着,让同学仔

7、细听,然后回答老师的问题。2Put the sentences in order to make a conversation.(将句子排序,组成对话)先让学生自己做,然后两人对话,接下来小组内对话,最后小组竞争。Step 7:Summary总结本单元的主要句型:How much is the red sweater?Its eight dollars.How much are these socks?Theyre ten dollars.Step 8:Homework表演去商店买学习用品:去商店给自己买一些学习用品,是学生经常做的事情。在商店里选好东西后,必须要询问价格,常用的句型是:How

9、识讲解1excuse me 和(Im)sorry当我们要说的话、要做的事可能引起对方不便或可能打搅对方时,或者我们要引起对方注意时,事先常说 excuse me。如:Excuse me,is this ruler yours?打扰一下,这把尺子是你的吗?Excuse me,where is my book?打扰一下,我的书在哪儿?Excuse me,just a moment.对不起,请等一下。当我们做错了事或说错了话之后表示歉意时,常用sorry。如:Sorry,I dont know.对不起,我不知道。Im sorry,but I cant go to the office today.抱

10、歉得很,我今天不能上班。Im sorry,Ive got the wrong number.很抱歉,我拨错了电话号码。Sorry,Im late.对不起,我迟到了。2句子单数变复数,注意以下六要素:(1)主格人称代词要变成相应的复数主格人称代词,即I we,you you,she/he/itthey。如:She is a girl.They are girls.(2)am,is要变为are。如:Im a student.We are students.(3)不定冠词a,an要去掉。如:He is a boy.They are boys.(4)普通单数名词要变为复数形式。如:It is an a

11、pple.They are apples.(5)指示代词this,that要变为these,those。如:This is a box.These are boxes.(6)man,woman名词作定语修饰可数名词时,要在“数”上与被修饰名词保持一致。但其他名词修饰名词表示“性质”时,不作变化。如:She is a woman doctor.They are women doctors.That is a pencil case.Those are pencil cases.3有关“购物”用语的总结:(1)购物的需求What do we have for dinner this evening

12、?What do we have in the fridge now?Theres only a little bread now.Can you go and buy.?(2)告诉店员你想买什么I want.,please.I would like.of.,please.Can I see.?Could I have.?(4)询问顾客所需数量How many/much do you want?(5)告诉顾客某物没货Sorry,we dont have any.here.(6)挑选货物How about the color/size?Its too small/big/short/long.(7)询问和说明价格How much is/are.,please?Whats the price of.?Its.yuan/dollars.They are 5 dollars.
