2、个角度，换个心情，站在对方的角度去想一想看一看，就会明白为什么一件事情会有多种意见了，也就明白了为什么别人不能理解你了，因为彼此的角度不同，心情不同，人生不同。 我知道我冷落了朋友，我也感觉到现在的自己很不愿意交流，尤其不爱说话了，仿佛丧失了说话的能力，仿佛只有文字能说出自己的心情，我知道这样不行的，我知道这是一个危险的讯号，其实我也明白我就是想逃避，逃避一些我不敢去正视的问题，逃避正视这个问题所产生的后果，我没有勇气去接受那种无法预料的后果，我说句心里话，我不想失去朋友，我也不想去伤害任何人，我只想我身边的每个人都开开心心的，我不是故意要冷落你们的，请你们原谅!我会学会交流的，我不是不关心你
