1、河北师范大学 硕士学位论文 河北省高师计算机专业课程设置现状与对策研究 姓名：王彤 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：教育经济与管理 指导教师：刘茗 20100520 III 摘 要 课程设置是指学校对选定的各种各类课程进行设立和安排， 主要包括合理的课程结 构和课程内容。课程设置必须符合培养目标的要求，是学校培养目标在学校课程计划中 的集中表现。河北省在高师类计算机专业课程建设方面的研究较为薄弱、笼统，应通过 改革和发展河北省高师计算机专业课程设置来提高计算机专业的在就业市场的竞争力， 同时有助于完善河北省高师院校计算机专业课程设置的理论体系。 影响课程设置的主要因素包括：课程开发的理论基础、课程目
2、标的选择、课程内容 的选择和课程实施。课程开发的理论基础方面学术界较为公认的三大因素是心理学、社 会学、哲学。课程的心理学基础主要有认知心理学、行为心理学和人本主义心理学三大 流派。课程的社会学基础认为教育的主要功能是发展社会所需要的能力，保持社会的和 谐稳定。我国主要以马克思主义哲学作为课程的哲学基础。课程设置的目标既要体现学 科课程的系统性和完整性，又要助于学生适应社会、了解社会及理解自身的角色定位， 同时还要有助于学生把课堂学习转化为知识技能。课程内容的选择简称“课程选择” ， 是根据特定的教育价值观及相应的课程目标，从学科知识、当代社会生活经验或学习者 的经验中的选择课程要素的过程。课
3、程实施是将某项课程计划付诸实践的具体过程。课 程实施关注的焦点是课程实践中实际发生的变革的程度及影响变革的因素。 为了解河北省高师院校计算机专业课程设置情况， 通过从课程目标、 具体课程设置、 课程内容的选择和课程实施四个方面对河北省高师院校计算机专业课程设置情况进行 了调查，调查结果表明：1.专业培养目标与社会人才需求不完全相符：针对当前高师院 校的计算机专业毕业生就业岗位严重不对口的现象，及计算机专业人员跳槽、转岗情况 十分频繁；在制定培养目标时缺乏考虑到学生今后考研的需要，考入研究生院校继续学 习深造既可以提高个人素养和专业知识技能，同时也可以缓解严峻的就业压力。2.课程 设置的针对性不
4、强：师范类计算机专业课程设置专业针对性、目的性和指向性不强，缺 乏按照企业岗位所需的知识、能力、素质要求进行组织教学和课程设计，不适合培养专 业技能性强的专门人才；课程设置方式没有充分考虑到学生的实际情况；实践性课程， 学校教学时间里的技能实训课程安排较少。3.课程内容陈旧：教材出版时间严重滞后、 内容陈旧；开设教学教法类课程，缺乏分类教学。4.课程实施随意性大，科学性不强： 现有的专业课程的设置和实施基本是按照现有的专业课教师和教学条件来进行的。 IV 基于理论研究及现实调查， 本文提出了有效提高河北省高师院校计算机专业课程设 置的对策： 1. 设立科学的专业培养目标： 河北省高师院校计算机
5、专业的培养目标应将河 北省高师院校计算机专业学生按照毕业后去向确定不同的具体目标。2.明确高师计算机 专业课程设置的原则：基础性原则：高师院校计算机教育的基本要求是培养初等和中等 学校进行计算机教育的教师和其他教育工作者；发展性原则：与社会密切相关的计算机 专业的课程必须及时反映计算机行业的最新技术需求和发展；实践性原则：应加大专业 课的实践课时，根据计算机专业不同培养方向的教学需要，尽可能单独开设一些与专业 紧密相关的实践课程。 3. 优化课程结构及时更新课程内容： 应该将课程设置理论与对学 生需求、行业需求、专家的建议等进行多维度分析并加以结合。4. 进一步加强师资队伍 建设加大硬件设置资
6、金的投入。 加大学校硬件设施的投入是保障课程有效实施的重中之 重。 关键词： 河北省高师院校 计算机专业课程设置 课程设置现状 课程设置对策 V Abstract Curriculum refers to the schools that selected for the establishment of various types of courses and arrangements.Curriculum includes a reasonable course structure and rational course content.Curriculum which must meet
7、 the requirements of training objectives,curriculum focused on the training objectives in the school curriculum plan. The Computer Science Curriculum research of HeBei Higher Teachers College is relatively weak and general, so we should reform and development Computer Science Curriculum of Higher Te
8、achers College to improve the competitive strength in the job markets. While it is helpful for the Computer Science of Curriculum theoretical system of Higher Teachers College. The main factors which affects curriculum are including that the theoretical basis of curriculum development, the choice of
9、 curriculum objectives, the choice of course content and the organization of curriculum implementation. The theoretical basis of curriculum development think that the three major factors of psychology, sociology, philosophy are recognized in academia. Basic sociology course think that he main functi
10、on of education is to develop the capacity needed of the community and maintain social harmony and stability. Generally we also belive that hilosophical foundation courses is Marxist Philosophy.The curriculum objectives are both systematic and integrity ,while help the students adapt to society and
11、erstand the society and understanding their role. The curriculum also help students put classroom learning into knowledge and skills. The choice of courses referred to as Course Selection,which is based on specific educational values and the corresponding course objectives, the knowledge of the subj
12、ects of contemporary social life and experience or the experience of learners in the process of selection of curriculum elements. Curriculum implementation is that a curriculum plan is to put into practice the specific process. Curriculum implementation focus on curriculum changes in actual practice
13、 and the extent or impact of changes in the factors. In order to understand the computer in Higher Teachers College Curriculum, so that we survey the computer science curriculum of Hebei Higher Teachers College Curriculum. In my research there are four areas , for instance the course objectives, spe
14、cific curricula, selection and organization of course content and implementation of curriculum. Survey showed that:1. VI Professional training objectives is not entirely consistent with social demand for talented people.There is a a serious mismatch phenomenon that in view of the current Higher Teac
15、hers College graduates frequently hop the job or transfer.We should consider taking into account the needs which the graduates take part in the entrance exams foe posgraduate schools ,so set up training objectives of students development. Admitted to graduate schools to continue to pursue advanced s
16、tudies and enhance personal qualities or professional knowledge and skills, but also can alleviate the severe employment pressure. 2.Targeted curriculum is not clear. Teacher Education Curriculum computer professional relevance, purpose and point is not clear,which is lacking of corporate status in accordance with the necessary knowledge, ability and quality requirements.So it is not suitable for cultivating strong
