2、 特别是少数民族学生更是他们争夺的主要对象。新疆高校大学生思想政治教育面临 着严峻挑战。少数民族大学生是新疆现代化建设的主力军，也是中国特色社会主义 事业的接班人，加强和改进少数民族大学生思想政治教育是党和国家高度关注的问 题。在新形势下，少数民族大学生的思想政治教育的质量如何，不仅关系到新疆人 民群众的安居乐业，而且关系到边疆的社会稳定和国家的长治久安。高校的思想政 治教育工作是保证国家统一，民族团结的政治基础。 本文是以乌鲁木齐高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育为研究对象，深入了解和 积极探索少数民族大学生思想状况的规律，对如何加强边疆少数民族地区思想政治 教育提出对策措施。全文共分五个部分。
3、第一部分主要阐述了新疆少数民族大学生 思想政治教育的研究目的和意义、介绍相关研究现状。第二部分讨论了加强新疆少 数民族大学生思想政治教育的特殊性及必要性。第三部分通过问卷调查方式对少数 民族大学生的国家观、民族观、宗教观、价值观、心理素质、就业观等六个方面进 行了调查，分析了新疆少数民族大学生思想现状。第四部分通过对现状的调查发现 了部分民族学生国家认同感弱化，存在狭隘的民族认同，有浓厚的宗教情感，缺乏 社会公德，心理健康状况不容乐观和对就业前途迷茫。产生这些问题的原因既有国 际环境因素、国内环境因素、学校和家庭因素，还有大学生自身的因素，本人一一 作了分析。第五部分对提高新疆少数民族大学生思
4、想政治教育的有效途径进行了深 入探索提出了具体的解决措施。 关键字：少数民族大学生；思想政治教育；现状；对策 II Abstract Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out that to a great extent whether a society is harmonious or a nation can realize long term peace and stability subject to all members ideological morality quality. The harmonious society cannot be realized

Xinjiang, lying in the west of our motherland and with the complicated international environment, is the major target for the “three forces” to permeate. Viewing the international situation, it can be seen that the Western hostile forces have not g
6、iven up or weakened their “westernization” and “differentiation”to our nation, and they take the influence and permeation to the university education as their main task, robbing the next generation from us by any possible means, especially the minority university students as their target, which caus
7、es the ideological and political education of university students facing serious challenge. The minority youth university students are not only the main force for the modernization of this ethnic area but also the successor of the socialism cause with Chinese characteristics, so strengthening and im
8、proving the ideological and political education of the minority university students is a matter of great concern from both the party and the nation. Under the new situation, the quality of ideological and political education of minority university students will not only affect the peaceful life and
9、enjoyable work of Xinjiang people but also the long term peace and stability of Xinjiang community. Therefore, the ideological and political education of the university is the political foundation to safeguard the national unity and ethnic solidarity, and paying great importance to the stated educat
10、ion is not only the good tradition of the minority area universities but also the urgent need of the present situation. This thesis will take the ideological and political education of Urumqi minority universities as specific case, inquiring deeply and exploring positively the rules of present ideol
11、ogical and political education and strengthening the study of countermeasures for the ideological and political education. This thesis is composed of five parts. The first part will mainly elaborate the research purpose and meaning of the Xinjiang minority university students ideological and politic

The second part will introduce the specialty and necessity of Xinjiang minority university students ideological and political education, which lays foundation for the proposing of the pointed measures. The third part will master the pre
13、sent situation of Xinjiang minority university students ideological and political education through surveys, which provides the basis for analysis. The fourth part will discover the existing problems from the surveys and analyze their causes. The last part will explore deeply the III effective appro
