1、华中科技大学 硕士学位论文 大学生心理危机处理方式及其影响因素研究 姓名：曾洁 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：发展与教育心理学 指导教师：周治金;冯征 20060501 华华 中中 科科 技技 大大 学学 硕硕 士士 学学 位位 论论 文文 I 摘 要 当代大学生心理问题层出不穷，心理危机严重。危机处理方式的选择是影响 大学生心理危机发展结果的重要原因。本研究采用问卷调查法探讨我国大学生危 机处理方式的差异及其影响因素。在湖北省武汉市随机抽取全日制本科统招大学 生以问卷形式进行施测，并对 445 份有效问卷进行统计分析。问卷包括危机脆弱 性测验问卷、危机处理方式问卷、艾森克人格问卷及社会支持问卷。
2、 研究的主要结果如下： （1）大学生危机脆弱性处于中等水平，总体上在面临危机时能够成功地度过。 大学生首选的危机处理方式是期望，其次是控制情绪、处理问题。 （2）大学生危机处理方式在专业、性别及生源地上存在显著差异。文科学生 在期望和控制情绪上得分较医科和理工科学生高，女生在控制情绪上的得分高于 男生，男生在处理问题上的得分高于女生，来自城市的大学生在寻求支持、控制 情绪上的得分高于来自农村的学生。 大学生的社会支持情况在性别、生源地、是否为独生子女方面存在差异。女生的 支持利用度得分高于男生，农村生源在主观支持上得分高于城市生源，非独生子 女在主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分上得分高于独生
3、子女。 （3）大学生危机处理方式中处理问题、寻求支持、控制情绪、期望与危机脆 弱性存在显著负相关关系；大学生危机处理方式与人格特征关系中， “处理问题” 与 E 内外向呈正相关，与 P 精神质、N 神经质呈负相关； “期望”与 E 内外向、N 神经质呈正相关，与 P 精神质呈负相关； “寻求支持”与 E 内外向呈正相关，与 P 精神质呈负相关； “控制情绪”与 E 内外向呈正相关，与 P 精神质呈负相关；大学 生危机处理方式与社会支持关系中，处理问题、寻求支持与客观支持、主观支持、 支持利用度及社会支持总分存在显著的正相关；期望与支持利用度、社会支持总 分呈显著正相关，控制情绪与客观支持、支持

One of key points which impact the development of m
6、ental crisis is coping method. This paper adopts questionnaire-investigating means to probe into the differences of crisis coping method and its influential factor. The testees of survey were randomly selected form Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, which them provided
7、445 available questionnaires to author for analyzing .The whole questionnaire includes 4 parts: the questionnaires of crisis frangibility and crisis coping method, EPQ and SSRS. The main results of study is as follow: （1） The degree of college students crisis frangibility is in the middle, that show
8、s most of them can pass crisis situation successfully. The first college students choice of crisis coping method is expectation, the second is controlling emotion, and the third is dealing with problems. （2） There are notable differences in major, sex and where-from. Art students get higher score th
9、an medical students and science females get higher score than males on controlling emotion, and males are higher than females on dealing with problems; the students who come from city get higher score than students from country on seeking support, controlling emotion. （3）The relation between dealing
10、-with-problem, seeking-support, controlling- emotion, expectation and crisis frangibility is negative correlation; dealing-with-problem and EPQE are positive correlation, and EPQP, EPQN are negative correlation; expectation and EPQE, EPQN are positive correlation, it and EPQP are negative correlatio

The result shows that crisis frangibility, EPQP, EPQE and the use rate of support can forecast dealing-with-problem partly; EPQL, EPQP, EPQN, EPQE, crisis frangibility, the use rate of support can forecast expectation partly; crisis frangibility, the use rate of support, EPQL, EPQP, EPQE
15、, EPQN can forecast seeking support partly; EPQE ,EPQL, EPQP can forecast seeking controlling emotion partly.
