2、在企业管理领域内提出并发 展成熟起来的，其业务流程再造思想及应用技术方法同样适用于滁州供电公司 物资流程的变革。 本文以 BPR 原理及方法为基础，首先介绍了 ERP 和 BPR 管理理论，分析了 ERP 与 BPR 的关系，阐述了 SAP 软件及其功能特点。对 BPR 与 ERP 的关系进行 了论证，分析了实施 BPR 与应用 ERP 系统的结合方式和方法。其次针对滁州供 电公司的 ERP 工程， 拟定了滁州供电公司物资管理流程再造的目标和再造的原 则，选择了业务流程再造方法。应用 BPR 理论，通过现状分析，再造策划，对 滁州供电公司的物资管理业务流程进行了再造，并以物资采购等四个流程做为
3、 再造实例，说明了流程重新设计的过程和方法。最后，本文对流程再造实施应 用进行了规划，落实了流程切换的步骤与上线支持组织体系，明确了流程变更 管理方案，通过实施，对 ERP 应用与流程实施效果进行了分析，并对 ERP 应用 与流程实施进行了总结。 关键词：关键词：ERP；BPR；物资管理 IV Material Process Reengineering of SAP ERP Applications of Power Supply Company in ChuZhou Abstract ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is to provide cro
