1、河北经贸大学 硕士学位论文 河北省农业产业化经营发展研究 姓名：武剑 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：产业经济学 指导教师：程瑞芳 20090401 河北省农业产业化经营发展研究 I 内 容 摘 要 河北省自 1997 年全面启动农业的产业化经营，发展中存在许多问题，这直接制约 了农业产业化经营对农民的带动作用， 使农民不能持续从农业产业化经营中获得增加的 收益。解决存在的问题，只有先深入了解问题的实质。本文从农民利益的角度出发，在 深入阐述农业产业化经营基本理论的基础上， 探讨分析了农业产业化经营发展的内在规 律，通过对河北省农业产业化经营发展的分析，总结了河北省农业产业化经营的现状和 存在的问题
2、， 随后通过对农业内部各产业与农民福利水平的关联关系分析指出了各农业 产业对农民福利的促进带动作用， 进而结合各农业产业的实际情况提出了具体的产业化 经营形式建议，并给出完善河北省农业产业化经营的相关政策建议。本文的创新主要有 两点：一是研究视角的创新。本文从农民利益的角度来组织对农业产业化经营形式选择 的研究， 不是像传统的农业产业化经营概念中那样把农民仅仅看做是和企业一样的利益 主体， 而是更为重视农民的弱势地位， 强调农业产业化经营要重点关注农民的利益获得， 并构造了农民福利水平这一指标来体现农民利益视角的研究。 二是河北省农业产业化经 营形式的创新。 本文通过农民利益与农业内各产业的关
3、联关系分析区分了与农民福利关 系密切的产业和与农民福利关系不密切的产业， 提出政府应加入与农民福利关系不密切 的产业的产业化经营，而对与农民福利关系密切的农业产业则按市场化的原则，充分引 入竞争机制，强化农业产业化经营中农民利益主体的平等地位，使农民这一主体在农业 产业化经营中获得相当的竞争能力， 从而使农业产业化经营形成衔接紧密的一体化利益 格局。 本文包括五章。第一章在分析选题背景和研究意义的基础上，对国内外关于农业产 业化经营的相关文献进行了综述，并提出了本文的研究思路及其框架。第二章分析农业 产业化经营的相关概念和理论基础，界定了农业产业、农业产业化经营、农业产业化经 营形式等概念，明
4、确了交易费用理论、规模经济理论、社会分工协作理论在农业产业化 经营中的指导价值。第三章分析河北省农业产业化经营发展的概况、发展的主要组织类 型，提出了河北省产业化经营存在的突出问题。第四章构造了农民福利的研究视角，用 河北经贸大学硕士学位论文 II 回归分析方法对农业内部各产业与农民福利水平的关联关系进行了分析， 得出畜牧养殖 业和种植业中的花生、水果等产业对农民福利有显著的促进作用，而其他种植业产业、 林业、淡水渔业则很不显著的结论。第五章结合第四章中的关联关系分析结果和农业各 产业的发展情况提出了各自的产业化经营形式建议， 并给出河北省农业产业化经营发展 的相关政策建议。 关键词：农业产业

6、 able to continually obtain more benefit from the Management of Agricultural Industrialization. In order to solve these problems,know in-depth their essential should be the first thing. This paper set out from the side of famersdefinit. Based on expound thoroughly the basic theory about the Manageme
7、nt of Agricultural Industrialization, this paper has analyzed the inner laws of the Management of Agricultural Industrialization.After analysing the development of the Management of Agricultural Industrialization of Hebei Province, this paper has summarized the actuality and existent problems of it.
8、 And by the analyse about the correlativity between the level of famers welfare and every item during agriculture industries, this paper has pointed out the driving capability of every item during agriculture industries to the level of famers welfare.And based on the correlativity above and the actu
9、al circumstances of every item during agriculture industries, this paper has put forward idiographic advice about the forms of the Management of Agricultural Industrialization of Hebei Province,and then gives several correlative policy suggestions to the Management of Agricultural Industrialization
