3、三个层次，即保护文物保护单位、保护历史文化街 区、保护历史文化名城。其中历史文化街区是反映城市历史发展脉络、展示城 市文化、促进城市居民相互交往的重要场所。文章简要阐述历史文化街区的历 史、现状与相关理论。 论文以杭州北山街历史文化街区为实例，探讨新世纪历史文化街区保护与 利用的模式，提出了城市更新过程中历史街区保护与利用的内容、公共理念和 政策。阐述建立公众参与城市规划制度的必要性，探讨了类型学方法与 GIS 技 术在历史街区保护中的运用，以便为今后的保护工作提供依据。 【关键字关键字】 城市个性城市个性 世界遗产世界遗产 可持续发展可持续发展 历史文化街区历史文化街区 浙江大学硕士学位论文
4、 II Abstract Abstract With the growth of the economic globalization, the city faces the similar individuality crisis. Protecting world heritage and Sustainable development are two aspects of the city individuality developing. Through a case study on BeiShan Road historic and cultural district protec
5、tion in Hangzhou, the paper tries to find a way to create the individuality city. This paper introduces conservation of historic districts home and overseas, provides that conservation of historic sites falls into three categories which are historic buildings, historic districts, historic and cultur
6、al citiesThe historic districts in a city is the main site where reflects the development of city history, reveals the citys culture, and advances the mutual intercourse of townspeople. This paper expounds the history and present conditions of historic and cultural district and related theories abou
7、t historic and cultural district. Take an example of BeiShan Road historic and cultural district in Hangzhou, this paper discusses the modes of the urban conservation and renewal in the new era. It recommends to extend historic and cultural district common ideas and policy and content for the curren
8、t and future protection. The paper proposes that it is necessary to establish institution in the public participation of urban planning and discusses the evolution of typology and GIS Technology as well as its application in the conservation of the historic districts.
