1、南京航空航天大学 硕士学位论文 基于质量文化视角的在华中德制造企业产品质量评价研究 姓名：杜婧 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：工业工程 指导教师：宁安琪 20081201 在华中德中小制造企业质量文化比较研究 iv 摘要 随着世界经济一体化的进一步发展，经济和文化之间的关系越来越密切，呈现出经济 和文化交融的大趋势。同时,产品质量是企业的生命这一理念也深入人心，企业为了能够在 竞争中立于不败之地，都努力促进产品质量的提高。在体系和技术手段应用已相当同质化 的今天，要想在质量管理领域有所突破，一种可行并有效的做法是将目光投入到质量文化 建设上来，通过质量文化建设推动质量管理工作的进一步发展。 本文是
2、对如何评价制造企业质量文化建设的成功程度作理论上的探讨。由于无法对质 量文化直接进行准确的度量，故本文建立了基于质量文化视角的产品质量评价指标体系， 从质量文化的角度对产品质量进行评价，并由此判断质量文化的优越性和质量文化建设的 成功程度。首先回顾了有关质量文化领域的研究情况，并对论文中所涉及到的模糊综合评 价法的应用进行了总结，之后分析了中德的不同文化特点，由于企业的质量文化受本国文 化的影响，因此中德企业拥有各自不同的质量文化。接着，本文试着构建了一套适合于制 造企业的基于质量文化视角的产品质量评价指标体系，从五个方面进行了综合评价。最后 根据实习和调研经历，进行了案例研究，应用本文所构建
3、的评价指标体系对一个德企（南 京某公司）和一个中企（保定某公司）进行评价，并对评价结果进行比较研究，希望以此 找出差距，进而取长补短，以期能为其进一步进行质量文化建设提供些参考。 关键字：关键字：中德文化 制造企业 质量文化 产品质量 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 v Abstract With further integration of world economy, the relationship between culture and economy has become much closer. At the same time, the idea that the quality
4、of products is the life of the enterprise is deeply in mind, and in order to compete in an invincible position, all of the enterprises make efforts to promote improvement in the quality of products. Today , it has been quite a homogenization in the system and the application of technology. In order
5、to achieve a breakthrough in the field of quality management, a viable and effective approach is to look into the construction of quality culture, by which quality management could have a further development. In this paper, I make a theoretical discussion on how to evaluate the degree of success of
6、the construction of quality culture of manufacturing enterprises. Quality culture can not be accurately measured directly, so I construct an indicator system of product quality evaluation based on the quality culture perspective in the paper, and evaluate product quality from the perspective of qual
7、ity culture, from which we can judge the superiority of quality culture and the degree of success of the construction of quality culture. First, I review the actual research in the field of quality culture, and make a conclusion of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is used in the paper

Next the characteristics of the different cultures of China and Germany are analyzed which impact the quality culture of domestic enterprises, which leads to the reality that Sino-German enterprises have their own different quality cultures. And then, I try to construct a model of product quality
9、evaluation which is suitable for manufacturing enterprises based on the quality culture perspective by five aspects. At last, according to my internship and research experiences, I use the model which is built in this paper to evaluate the product qualities and the quality cultural performances of a
10、 German enterprise which is in Nanjing and a Chinese enterprise which is in Baoding. By analyzing and comparing the evaluation results, I hope to find gaps between them, and to provide the opportunity for them to learn from the others strong points to offset themselves weaknesses, hoping to provide
11、some references for the further construction of quality culture.
