2、引领、示范和推动作用。因此，高校作为培 养人的社会机构, 整个社会系统的重要组成部分，在培养整个国家和民族的人才 中发挥重要作用。 本文探讨的是在构建和谐校园进程中，高校思想政治教育应该怎样进一步加 强和改进才能够符合时代特征，符合大学生的思想实际，从而真正发挥思想政治 教育在构建和谐校园中发挥它的功能。首先，本文对和谐校园的内涵及其现实意 义进行阐述，以和谐校园作为逻辑起点，为下文的论述奠定时代背景和基础。再 以此为基点，阐述了大学生思想政治教育与和谐校园的内在联系，对其在构建和 谐校园中的意义及其在构建和谐校园中发挥的重要功能进行了系统分析。然后从 大学生思想素质在时代变化情况下呈现出的新
3、情况和新问题出发，分析了高校思 想政治教育上存在的现实问题及挑战。最后提出了在构建和谐校园的过程中如何 加强大学生思想政治教育的具体措施。 本文将和谐校园与大学生思想政治教育结合起来加以研究，以二者的内在联 系为研究的突破口，剖析了构建和谐校园与大学生思想政治教育的相互关系，具 体阐述了如何加强大学生的思想政治教育工作的措施，以促进我们的和谐校园构 建。 关键词：和谐校园；大学生；思想政治教育；措施 论构建高校和谐校园中的大学生思想政治教育 III Abstract Paying most attention to ideological and political education is

15、其素质的高低直接决定着社会发 展的程度。高校肩负着全面提高大学生综合素质的重任，加强对大学生的思想政 治教育对于构建和谐校园必将产生不可替代的作用。因此，深入探讨构建和谐校 园中的大学生思想政治教育，是摆在高校思想政治教育者面前的一个重要课题。 1.1 研究背景与意义 1.1.1 研究背景 “和谐”是中国传统文化的核心理念和根本精神。和谐作为一种思想，是中 华民族传统文化的精髓，在新的历史条件下，面对新的形势和新的任务，党的十 六大提出了社会和谐问题，党的十六届四中全会提出了构建“社会主义和谐社会” 的重大战略任务。 “和谐校园”作为一种新的教育价值取向，是随着“和谐社会” 的提出而出现的新的
16、教育理念。高校作为传承人类文明、传播先进文化的重要阵 地，其自身的和谐，不仅是社会和谐的重要组成部分，而且对和谐社会建设具有 引领、示范和推动作用。尤其是在当前开放的社会环境下，大学也不再是封闭的 “象牙塔”，学校作为社会的部分存在，必然要反映和体现社会发展的内在要求， 而且作为人才培养、知识创新和服务社会的体系，更要把构建和谐社会的任务贯 彻好、落实好，发挥“示范”和“辐射源”的作用，成为社会主义和谐社会的稳 定基础。 2004 年 8 月 26 日,中共中央、国务院下发了关于进一步加强和改进大学生 思想政治教育的意见,2005 年初,中共中央、国务院又召开了全国加强和改进大 学生思想政治教育工作会议, 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作己经凸显成为 高等院校面临的一项迫切任务。高校不能仅仅满足于智力开发和科技知识的传授， 更要注重“树人”的功能，
