3、University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: Dec.2011 摘 要 I 摘 要 随着现代教育技术的发展,信息技术能力逐渐成为教师必备的专业素质。为了提高 广大教师信息技术应用能力, 国家制定了有关政策, 要对中小学教师进行信息技术培训。 河北省为了贯彻国家的相应政策,在这方面也投入了大量的人力和物力。笔者在论述对 中小学教师开展信息技术培训重要意义的基础上, 对中小学教师信息技术培训效益问题 进行了比较深入的研究。 本文在对河北省有关中小学信息技术培训情况进行综合分析的基础上, 提出培训效 益最大化的概念,并选取邢台县中小学教

4、师为研究对象,运用文献法、问卷调查法、访 谈法对中小学教师信息技术培训的效益问题进行了深入的调查。调查结果显示,有关教 育行政部门和学校投入了相当多的人力和物力,也安排了具体的培训活动。尽管这种培 训开阔了教师的视野,也让部分教师掌握了一些具体的教学设计和教育技术的操作手 段。但是,总体的培训效益还不是很显著,培训还没有实现预期目标。 探究我国中小学教师信息技术培训低效的原因,既有宏观制度设计的问题,也有微 观具体培训方式上的不完善。具体而言,从观念上,我国现行的中小学信息技术培训与 作为成人教师的需求和学习特点不一致;从整体机制和体制上看,培训所涉及到的有关 机构之间的协调和配合还不够;从具

5、体培训方式来看,培训的模式、时间、场所和培训 的考核方式等都存在着问题。 要提高中小学教师信息技术培训的效益,首先要从观念上树立效益意识,收到效益 是培训的目的;其次,应当从培训的组织者以及广大中小学两方面来进一步完善现有的 培训体制。 关键词 中小学教师 信息技术培训 培训效益 Abstract II Abstract With the development of modern education technology, the capabilities on information technology gradually become teachers necessary profes

6、sional quality. To improve the IT application ability of teachers, the State has formulated relevant policies on primary and secondary school teachers information technology training. To implement the relevant national policies, Hebei Province has put much labor power and material resources on such

7、aspect. Based on discussing the importance of carrying out the information technology training of primary and secondary school teachers, I conducted a further research upon the effect of primary and secondary school teachers information technology training. This dissertation mainly apply the ways of

8、 bibliography, questionnaire, interview and put forward the concept of training benefit maximization.In this dissertation, based on a comprehensive analysis on the information technology training of the primary and middle schools in Hebei Province, I chose the Xingtai County as the testee to deeply

9、investigate the efficiency of the information technology training of primary and secondary school teachers. The results showed that the relevant education administration and schools put much labor power and material resources on such aspect, meanwhile arranging specific training activities. The trai

10、ning for teachers broadened the teachers field of view, and also made some teachers master operating approaches open specific teaching design and education technology. However, the whole effectiveness of training was not apparent, and the expected goals hadnt been achieved. The inefficiency of prima

11、ry and middle school teachers information technology training in China derive from both the problem in macroscopic systematic design and imperfection of microscopic training method. In particular, from the view of concept, Chinese current middle and primary schools information technology training di

12、sagrees with the needs and learning characteristics of adult teachers; from the view of whole mechanism and system, the coordination and cooperation between the relevant authorities conducting training is not enough; from the view of specific training method, theres problems in the pattern, time pla

13、ce, and even assessment method of training. To improve the primary and middle school teachers information technology training, firstly we should have the consciousness of efficiency, taking efficiency as the purpose; Abstract III secondly, we should further improve the existing training system in te
