2、施因为能够为数字资源提供技术保护，同时受到法律的保护而成为数字资源 提供者用于保护版权的首选 ，而在众多的技术措施中，数字版权管理（D i g i t a l R i g h t s M a n a g e m e n t ，D R M ）是目前运用最成熟的一种，并被广泛用于多个领域，包括多媒体系 统、在线媒体库等媒体行业。数字版权管理（D i g i t a l R i g h t s M a n a g e m e n t ，D R M ）系统 提供一种接纳控制的机制，覆盖了描述、鉴定、交易、保护、监控和跟踪数字资源的版 权使用形式，以一定的安全算法实现对电子资料、音视频等数字内容的保护1
3、。而在众 多的 D R M 技术中，实施成本最低，应用范围最广的就是微软基于 W i n d o w s M e d i a S y s t e m 的 W M R M （W i n d o w s M e d i a R i g h t M a n a g e m e n t ）技术。 微软 D R M 已经被广泛的应用在在线媒体库（O n l i n e S t o r e ）、媒体内容管理发布等 平台上，在内容保护领域被广泛的实施和计划。但是，当前存在太多的内容供应商和服 务供应商，各种供应商都在各自为战，花费大量的成本去架构技术平台，去寻找合适的 上游内容渠道和下游服务接口；同时还需要
4、花费更多的人力物力去经营、销售，去处理 和合作伙伴的账务往来信息等，从而造成业务成长困难。 本文从数字版权管理技术的研究入手，在分析国内外数字版权管理系统建设现状和 发展趋势基础上，对微软数字版权管理技术进行了深入的讨论，针对媒体资产管理和数 字版权管理的应用场景设计了一个基于微软数字版权管理技术的数字媒体版权管理和 媒体资产管理的数字媒体播放控制框架。 该数字媒体框架在保留微软现有 D R M 核心技术 如媒体加密、媒体解密证书生成、客户端证书获取的情况下，能够整合市场资源，节省 内容和服务供应商成本，同时兼顾内容和服务。 本论文描述了数字版权管理系统框架的总体设计，给出了系统必须的环境和功
5、能需 求。在此基础上实现了媒体打包、内容发布、营销策略、I C P 和 I S P 管理等功能；经过 数字版权管理技术研究以及在媒体内容管理中的应用 II 上线实验运行，本框架的设计达到了预期的目标。 关键词 流媒体，数字版权管理，媒体内容管理，媒体资产管理 数字版权管理技术研究以及在媒体内容管理中的应用 III INSIGHT OF DIGITAL RIGHT MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH OF REALIZATION IN MEDIA CONTENT MANAGEMENT ABSTRACT As the maturity and widely usage of high-
6、 speed broadband network technology, internet technology developed vigorously, multi- media s content spread through the internet, greatly enriching human s life and entertainment. More and more people pick up information through internet and spread their own messages, all of which has provided good
7、 condition for the development of streaming media system .With its widely spreading and application, digital rights management becomes particularly important in order to protect content supplier and genuine user s rights. Technical measures can provide technical protection for digital resource; for
8、being protected by law, it also is the first choice for digital source suppliers to protect the copyright. Among lots of technical measures, DRM is the most mature one in current application and widely used in various fields, including media system, on- line store and other media industry. DRM has p
9、rovided a process of receiving control, covered the description, identification, transaction, protection, monitoring and copyright using form of following up digital resource, realizing the protection for digital documents, video with a certain safety. Among various DRM technology, Microsoft s WMRM
10、based on Windows Media System has the lowest cost in implementation and widely used. DRM has been widely used and planned in Online Store, platform of media content management and publication as well as content protect field. However, there are too many content suppliers and service suppliers, they

This article starts from the research of digital rights management, by analyzing the current situation of domestic digital rights management s construction; it makes thorough discussion on Microsoft s digital rights management technology. Aiming at the application
13、scene of media property management and digital rights management, it designs a framework to control media copyright and action of playing media, which based on Microsoft DRM technology. And we could also use this framework to manage digital content s copyright and resource. As an integration framewo
14、rk of digital and media source, this framework can integrate market resource, cut down cost of content and service providers and at the same time balance content and service in the digital media arena, including the solution on content and service framework under the situation of keeping Microsoft s
15、 current DRM core technology, such as DRM, creating license to decrypt digital file and analyzing the data of client. This framework can This article described the overall design of digital rights management system frame, providing the necessary surrounding for the system and function demands. On th
16、e basis, we realized the media packing, content publication, marketing strategy, ICP and ISP management or other functions. We can say:” the design for this frame has arrived the expected target” after the system launching.
