2、屋顶形态差异的主要 影响因素，并对这些因素进行了归纳总结。且结合具体的案例，详细说明了这些因 素在屋顶形态上产生影响的具体体现。 其次，文章通过对武汉市部分新区及老区的，一些有代表性的多层住宅建筑第 五立面的调研和资料整理，对多层住宅屋顶形式主要类别进行了研究。并通过对屋 顶绿化、屋顶露台与屋顶遮阳的相关信息收集与综合整理，探讨了各种类型的优点 或不足，并从构造、环境、经济、未来发展等方面对不同类型屋顶作出分析比较， 对目前建筑屋顶普遍存在的问题提出了必要的建议。 最后，通过调研充分发掘了城市住区第五立面与城市总体景观之间的内在联系， 及其自身特有的概念、意义与组成要素。同时，文章从城市整体设
3、计的角度出发， 根据住区景观第五立面的内容及住区景观的自身特点，对城市多层住宅区第五立面 景观设计方法作了一些探讨。从住区第五立面景观的整体设计、立体化设计等方面， 提出了住区景观设计的一些设想建议以及比较理想的设计策略。 由于城市多层住宅第五立面改造的长期性，本文只是一个初步的尝试过程，研 究内容仍存在一些不足，希望课题成果能对以后的相关研究起到抛砖引玉的作用， 能为研究的继续深入做好铺垫。 关键词：关键词：多层住宅 第五立面 城市景观 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract This text selected

This text proceeds with historical development course in roof of China and Western building at first, has introduced development of the roof in history, through comparing the characteristics of each historical periods of the roof, it explains the main influence factors of different s
6、hapes of each periods of the roof, and has summarized to these factors，and it combines the concrete case, explains the concrete embodiment that these factors exerted an influence on the shape of the roof of the building in detail. Secondly, by introducing some developing area and old area in Wuhan ,
7、 the fifth elevation of some representative multi-layer residential housing. The author has carried on research to the main classification of roof form of the skyscraper and put the materials in order . And through summing up relevant information gathering that the roof is afforested, balcony on the
8、 roof and roof sunshade, the author has probed into various advantages or deficiencies of using the type, and make analysis to compare to the different kinds of roofs from structure, environment, economy, respects and development in the future, and have carried on the essential suggestion in buildin
9、g the ubiquitous problem of the roof at present. Finally, through survey and study, the author has explored the inner link of the five elevation of city and their oneself characterized concept, meaning of overall view of living etc. The author also has made up key element fully，and step forward in t
10、erms of global design of city at the same time, and make some discussions to the method of the fifth elevation of multi-layer view design of residential area in the city especially, according to the fifth elevations own characteristics which set up the the content and living area view of living area

15、熟的梁柱结构的住宅，至 19 世纪的集合住宅的发展，直至今天的现代住宅，屋顶的故事一直在诠释着。每当 看到江浙的周庄、同里、乌镇等众多水乡古镇，在清溪流水绿树荫映下的青黑小瓦 两坡水屋面，感觉格外雅致；老北京层峦起伏的宫廷建筑群落，在斜阳烟柳中金黄 色琉璃大屋顶重檐显现出迷人韵味；还有皖南民居码头墙青瓦屋面的古朴自然等， 都给我留下了深刻的印象，它们已经成为中国历史建筑中的典型代表而吸引着世界 各地的游客。每当我折服于这些中国历史建筑别具一格的风格与形式时，就会想到 现今国内诸多城市住宅的第五立面设计和建设没有得到重视，以至有些城市的局部 地区，屋面空间的杂乱无章已经形成实实在在的视觉“污染”
16、 。 在西方古典居住建筑中，屋顶文化渊源的发展经历了原始时期、古典时期、中 世纪时期、文艺复兴时期、近代时期和现代主义时期。19 世纪末欧洲开始的现代建 筑运动出现了许多现代理论， “现代建筑的革命是从屋顶开始的” ，现代主义运动的 先锋们将独立式小住宅作为实验的园地，勇于创新并把成果推广到其他建筑领域。 现代建筑中屋顶多为平顶，简洁的屋顶和檐部成为住宅几何有机整体的一部分，立 面成为表现的重点。随着工业化生产的迅速发展，国际式建筑渐渐失去了自己的特 点和建筑艺术价值，主张暧昧含混、兼容并蓄，多采用隐喻与象征的手法，被称为 后现代建筑运动，这是传统屋顶形式重新焕发生机活力的阶段，历史建筑中的装饰、 象征功能被重新评价，这
