2、康成长和全面发展，关系到高校思想政治教育的效果以及 高校育人目标的实现，关系到社会和谐稳定以及社会主义现代化事业的发展。 本文以高校贫困生这一特殊群体作为思想政治教育工作的研究对象， 改变以 往主要对高校贫困生经济援助的关注， 将目光转向高校贫困生的心灵世界， 以 “提 高综合素质，实现可持续发展”为目标，对高校贫困生的发展机会、生存能力、 生存方式和生存质量予以关切，促进实现高校贫困生在认知、情意、思维、人格 等方面的全面发展。 其终极目标是促进高校贫困生融入到社会全面进步和发展之 中，同时自身也能获得自由而全面的发展。 本文由四个部分组成，现概述如下。 第一部分：高校贫困生的现状。这部分主
3、要阐述高校贫困生的概念、界定 和规模，从思想、心理、能力、学业以及就业择业等方面对高校贫困生的思想 行为现状进行分析，为深入研究提供基本理论和素材。 第二部分：高校贫困生思想政治教育的基本原则。针对高校贫困生思想行 为现状的特点，这部分提出了高校贫困生思想政治教育的原则“助学育人” 原则、针对性原则和“全程育人”原则。 第三部分：高校贫困生思想政治教育的主要内容。这部分从思想道德教育、 心理健康教育、能力培养和就业择业指导等方面针对性地分析了高校贫困生思 想政治教育的内容。 第四部分：高校贫困生思想政治教育的路径选择。这部分从建立高校贫困 生档案、增强多元经济资助体系的育人功能、深化勤工助学机

This article regarding the ideological and political education of poor college students as a research object, turning to the spiritual world of poor college students, with the goal “improve the overall qu
8、ality and achieve sustainable development“， concernes about their development opportunities, viability, survival and quality of life, promote the achievement of their overall development in the cognitive, affective, thought, personality and other aspects.
