2、要的理论意义和现实指导意义。 本文以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导， 在学习和借鉴学术界已有研究成果的 基础之上，从社会学、教育学、心理学、管理学等层面，采用问卷调查、团体交流、 个别访谈、文献分析等方法，对高校贫困生思想政治教育进行了较为深入、系统的分 析。首先调查分析当前高校贫困生思想和心理现状，针对其突显、隐患性问题，总结 了高校开展贫困生思想政治教育存在的问题并对其原因进行了较为细致的分析。 针对 这些问题，进一步提出了加强和改进高校贫困生思想政治教育的必要性。最后，本文 遵循理论与实践相结合的原则，结合我国贫困大学生的实际，有针对性的提出了应对 策略，从而为更好地实现高校贫困生思想政
3、治教育的实效性提供了现实途径。 第一部分，绪言。简明提出了高校贫困生思想政治教育的研究背景，全面综述了 当前高校贫困生思想政治教育研究的国内外现状，明晰了本文的研究思路及方法，阐 述了新时期高校贫困生思想政治教育的研究意义，并提出了本文的创新点。 第二部分和第三部分，通过调查问卷、团体交流和个别访谈等形式，辩证地分析 了当前高校贫困生思想和心理的基本现状， 在肯定高校教育工作者开展贫困生思想政 治教育工作取得成绩的同时， 着重指出了现阶段高校贫困生思想政治教育工作存在的 不足，分别是：工作观念滞后；工作方法陈旧；工作队伍素质不高；工作体系尚未完 善。对其原因进行分析，主要在于高校缺乏对贫困生思
4、想政治教育工作的足够重视以 及教育的实践探索不够深入。 第四部分和第五部分，针对高校开展贫困生思想政治教育工作存在的问题，提出 了加强和改进高校贫困生思想政治教育的必要性和具体对策， 亦是全文的重点和创新 所在。此部分从转变工作观念、完善工作内容、创新工作方法、构建工作机制四个方 面提出了应对策略。高校思想教育工作者应树立以疏导、管理、服务、人性化为核心 的工作观念；完善以自立自强为核心、以诚信为重点、以感恩为保障、以心理健康为 补充的教育内容；创新贫困生思想教育与实践活动、网络技术、心理教育和人文关怀 有机结合的工作方法；构建科学合理的管理评估机制、切实可行的运行机制、扶贫与 励志相结合的培

The paper takes the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system for guidance, and learns on the basis of the existing research results and with the method of sociology, education, psychology, and management, and adopts the m

The paper puts forward the education of ideology and polities of impoverished students in colleges background in concise, and summarizes the current situation at home and abroad,
