1、超前小导管技术交底书一、作业要点1、制作：小导管采用热轧无缝钢管制成,外径为42mm,厚3.5mm.每根长3.5米,为方便超前小导管插入围岩内,钢管前段宜加工成尖錐管壁须钻注浆孔,孔径10mm,孔间距15cm,呈梅花形布置,前端加工成尖锥状,尾部要焊接上箍筋.且尾部无钻孔长度不小于30cm坐位止浆段：钢管环向间距为40cm,纵向相邻两排地水平投影打结长度不小于100cm.外插角为50100.水泥浆液水灰比1:1,注浆压力为：0.51MPa作为不钻孔地止浆段.文档收集自网络，仅用于个人学习2、测量放样：按设计要求在施工作业面放处钻孔位置,按圆心角对应120o布置,并做好标记.3、钻孔：采用凿岩机
