3、中国，随着经济的腾飞与经济体制的变迁，创业更如雨后春笋，对创业的研究也就日益深入；另一方面，集群作为促进经济的重要器官，是重要企业“孵化器，而社会网络功能是其重要基础。因而立足于社会网络视角便日益成为当今集群研究与创业研究中的一个焦点，特别是随着竞争的日益激烈化，为了响应技术的快速发展、分担庞大的研发经费、应对激烈的市场竞争等目的，企业必须进行专业分工、资源互补的合作行为，企业间网络也因此日益增多。企业社会网络对企业创业发展的绩效的作用日益增强。本研究聚焦于云浮石材企业集群中的新创与成长型企业作为研究对象，借鉴当前社会网络研究的相关理论与研究，并结合中国政治，经济，文化与技术的具体环境，深入探
4、讨企业集群背景下企业社会网络对创业绩效的影响，揭开集群作为“企业孵化器”功能为何有利于创业的黑箱。在前人研究的基础上，本研究梳理了有关创业企业社会网络，嵌入于集群网络的创业资源，创业绩效的相关概念与理论，指出集群创业企业社会网络主要包括网络联系强度，网络中心性，网络结构特征，网络动态性性四个维度，并通过实地访谈了解情况，选择网络联系强度，网络结构特征，网络动态性三个有效维度，在结构因子分析后将网络结构进一步细分，最终确定网络联系强度，网络结构特征，网络动态性四个有效维度；嵌入创业资源包括隐性知识，资源交换与整合渠道，高度互信关系三个方面；而创业绩效包括生存绩效与成长绩效两个维度。并基于此分析三
