13、厦位于娄底市乐坪东街，面临娄底宾馆。由娄底市广成房地产开发有限公司投资新建，总建筑面积32722m2。本工程为框剪结构，地下二层，地上十五层，建筑物高度59.15m.本工程由湖南省第一工业设计研究院设计，建筑结构安全等级为二级，耐火等级为二级，以主体结构确定的设计合理使用年限为50年。抗震设防烈度为6度，框架抗震等级为四级。1.1主要结构形式本工程结构类型为现浇钢筋砼框架结构，基础采用人工挖孔桩，基础承载力特征值qpa=2800KPa。砼结构的环境类别为一类，负一层车库及四周挡土墙采用C30防水抗渗砼，抗渗标号S8，要求砼中掺膨胀剂，柱下独立基础，桩基础采用C25，其它现浇构件均采用C30。钢
14、筋：梁、柱主筋采用HRB400级，箍筋采用HPB235级，楼面、屋面采用HPB235级。隔墙材料：本工程四周外围护墙、楼梯间墙采用240厚砖砌眠墙；21.60标高以上墙体采用240厚砖墙，其中外墙眠砌，内墙一眠一斗；负一层内墙采用240厚砖砌眠墙，外墙为180厚钢筋砼挡土墙；一至六层卫生间采用120厚砖墙，砖墙采用MU10机制砖，M5.0混合砂浆砌筑，砖砌体质量控制等级为B级。1.2主要建筑装饰外装饰：外墙采用墙面砖饰面。楼地面：除公共部分地面及楼梯间地面按设计图施工外，其余的只做找平层。顶棚、内墙：除公共部分墙面及楼梯间墙面、顶棚做面层仿瓷涂料外，其余均只做找平层。屋面：防水等级为二级，刚性
15、防水屋面。1.3水电安装概况本工程安装工程主要包括给排水和电气二部分。本工程给水采用城市自来水，接市政生活给水管网，设DN100市政进水管，管道流速1.00m/s，流量31m3/h。室内排水采用雨、污水分流系统，污水经生活污水沼气净化池处理后排市政下水道；消防栓消防给水按室内外20L/S设计。生活给水室内采用PP-R给水管，热熔或管件连接；排水采用PVC-U芯层发泡硬聚氯乙烯塑料管，承插粘接；室内埋地采用焊接钢管，DN100时采取焊接或法兰连接，DN100时采用丝接。本工程高压电源由室外引来，采用YJV22-10KV电缆埋地引入，负荷等级为二级，总进线为电缆钢管埋地敷设，消防线穿钢管，其它支线路穿阻燃管暗敷。本工程为三类防雷建筑物，各种进出户的金属管道、金属构架、电缆金属外壳、伸出屋面的金属物件都与PE线相连。防雷接地与重复接地合用接地体，引下线利用各柱子内主钢筋作防雷引下线，并与基础焊成电气通路。1.4投标范围根据招标文件和招标单位所提供的设计图纸等内容，本工程投标范围为：房屋基础工程（人工挖孔桩）、主体工程、屋面防水工程、一般装饰工程、给排水工
