1、T公司艺术火柴开发项目风险管理研究 摘 要T公司是济南一家以小商品销售为主的中型私营企业， 2009年7月以生产、销售艺术火柴为企业获利为目的，开始对艺术火柴项目进行考察与研发，于2009年12月投入试销售。艺术火柴是传统火柴的艺术再加工，在原有生活必需品的身份上又增加了艺术品、收藏品等标签。艺术火柴的受众广泛，可以成为追逐潮流的年轻人的新宠、火花收藏的新篇，也可以成为人生重大事件的记录者、馈赠亲朋好友、领导宾客的上佳礼物。目前在广东等地出现了多家艺术火柴公司，市场销售一片火爆，而进入山东市场的艺术火柴除了网络市场外，实体市场少之又少，T公司开发此项目具有可行性，然而任何一个项目的开发与运行都
2、有一定风险的存在，风险由于它发生的不确定性，会导致项目进行的中断甚至瘫痪，因此，为了保证项目的顺利进行，成功实施，对项目进行风险管理是必然的，所以在T公司艺术火柴开发项目的基础上进行项目风险管理的研究是必然的，也尤为重要的。对T公司艺术火柴开发项目风险管理研究可以有效的促进此项目的顺利进行；避免不必要的资源浪费节约成本；最大限度的提高产出增加收入；合理的配置资源实现人尽其才、物尽其用；充分利用项目资源，为企业获得社会效益和经济效益，实现企业可持续发展。本文从项目风险管理理论入手，对该项目的开发铺垫理论基础，主要包括：风险、项目风险、项目风险管理等基础理论。在进行了理论铺垫后，通过介绍T公司艺术
3、火柴开发项目的背景的介绍，开始以T公司为载体重点的对艺术火柴开发项目风险管理流程进行研究，其主要内容包括：T公司艺术火柴开发项目风险管理识别、风险的分析与评价、风险的应对、风险的监控。在该环节中最具有实际效益的则为最后一个部分：项目风险监控体系的描述及流程图。作者将按照项目风险管理流程进行分析与评述，从风险的识别中提炼出风险问题的所在，针对所提出的风险问题进行细致的分析与评价，根据理论知识对所分析评价的风险问题进行定性后制作出相应的应对方案，最后，在提出问题、解决问题后，对风险问题出现的流程进行监控，各个环节逐个分析、层层评述，最终完成艺术火柴项目风险监控了体系流程图的制作。该图表综合了艺术火

Artistic match has a wide categary of consumers.It can not only turn into a new faourite and
7、a new page for matchbox picture collection in young people,but become a recordor for important events in lifetime and a superior present given to friends 、relatives、gusets and leaders. Currently, the market of artistic match is in a boom as several artistic match companies come out in some areas suc
8、h as Guang Dong.However,artistic match has few tangible markets in ShanDong besides the net market ,whitch proves the practicalbility for the development for this project in Company T.While risks exist in any exploration and fuction in a new item .As the uncertainty of its taking place ,risks may re
9、sult in a suspend even paralyse of the project.Therefore,in order to insure the smooth and sucsseful carrying out of the project ,the risk management for the project is necessary.So it is inevitable and very important to carry out the risk management on the base of the development for artistic match

The research in the risk management of the artistic match development project in Company T could promote the smooth advance of this project effectively,avoid unnecessary waste of resourceand save costs,raise outputs and income to a highest limit ,distribute resources reasonablely to enforce a full
