2、节能减排、转变经济增长方式的背景下，贯彻实施“走出去”的战略就要 使我国企业有针对性的向外直接投资，从而促进我国国内产业结构的不断调整。目前，我 国对外直接投资已经有了一定的发展，通过对外直接投资也不断提升了我国的技术管理水 平。 首先，本文对对外直接投资对产业结构的影响做了详细的机理分析。本文力图在分别 详细分析发达国家与近年来发展中国家与新兴的工业化国家的对外直接投资与产业结构 调整作用的基础上，系统的阐述了对外直接投资对产业结构调整作用的机理。在本文的机 理分析方面，我们引入了影响产业结构调整的需求结构、供给结构、科技水平与政府与机 遇这四大因素，并通过这四大因素我们构建了对外直接投资影
3、响产业结构调整的“金字塔 模型” 。在分析金字塔模型的运行机制方面，我们从这四个角度出发，并结合已有研究中 的对外直接投资对产业结构调整的效应，详细阐述这些效应怎样通过影响这产业结构调整 的四大因素而最终影响到产业结构的调整。 其次，基于以上理论分析的，本文结合我国的对外直接投资的实际情况对我国的对外 直接投资与产业结构调整的关系方面做了实证研究。我们先对我国对外直接投资与我国的 产业结构调整的关系做了实证分析，测算二者之间的相关性，在变量指标方面选取方面， 我们选取了对外直接投资每年的流量作为变量指标，选取三次产业结构中的第一、二、三 产业占 GDP 的比重作为产业结构的变量指标；其次我们又

5、he economy globalization is an important feature in the world economy development, the essential of the globalization is the adjustment of industry structure in the whole world so we can achieve the optimal allocation of resources on a global scale. The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structu
6、re is an important problem of macro-economy development. The optimized industry structure could improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the national economy. In terms of the developed countrys ODI process, we know that they can improve the investing countrys original industry structure t
7、o continually adjust and upgrade through ODI. In the context of our country strongly advocating energy-saving emission reduction and the transformation of economic growth mode, we must implement the strategy of “going out” in order that our corporation can have ODI in targeted, which can improve our
8、 countrys industrial structure to adjust continually. At present, to some extent, our countrys ODI has been developed. Even the level of our technology management has been continually improved through ODI. Firstly, this thesis gives detailed mechanism analysis on the effect of our countrys ODI towar
9、d industrial structure adjustments. And this thesis tempts to analyze the function of ODI toward industrial structure adjustments in developed country and developing country and the burgeoning industrialize country, and expatiate comprehensively the function mechanism of ODI toward industrial struct
10、ure adjustments. In the terms of mechanism analysis, we will introduce the four factors of affecting industrial structure adjustments, which is demand structure, supply structure, technology level and government opportunity. Through these four factors we can build “Pyramid Model” of ODI affecting in
11、dustrial structure. And through the process of analyzing “Pyramid model” and the function of ODI toward industrial structure adjustments which having been studied, We will explain these functions how to effect the four factors in the industrial structure adjustments and then finally effect industria
12、l structure adjustments. Secondly, basing on the theory analysis, this thesis will make empirical study between our countrys ODI and our countrys industrial structure adjustments under our countrys real conditions. At first, we will make empirical analysis between our countrys ODI and our countrys i
13、ndustrial structure adjustments, measuring the correlation between the two. We will choose the annual flow of ODI as variable index of ODI, and choose the proportion of the first, second, tertiary industry accounting for GDP in three industrial structures as variable index of industrial structure. 14、econdly, We will make GRA（ Gray Relation Analysis）between ODI industry and the status of industrial structure to analysis which industries ODI have the biggest quotient of relativity toward our country s industrial structure adjustments. Basing on these conclusions, they may supply advices about cho
15、osing industry of our countrys ODI. Finally, we will give some policy advices about our countrys ODI basing on theory analysis of this thesis. 16、围内的产业结构调 整，从而实现资源在全球范围的最优配置。产业结构的调整与升级是宏观经济发展的重要问题，优化的 产业结构可以降低资源消耗、提高国民经济的整体效益和效率。从一国参与经济全球化的路径来看，对 外直接投资与引进外资无疑是参与经济全球化的必经之路。 战后发达资本主义国家的海外直接投资已经 证明：通过对外直接投资，可以缩小投资国境内已经或正在失去竞争优势的产业的生产规模，同时为国 内有竞争优势的产业让出资源，从而使投资国原有的产业结构得以不断调整和升级。 我国加入 WTO 已经六年了， 我国正在加入到全球化的行列中去。 党的十六大又明确指出， 要坚持 “引 进来”与“走出去”相结合，实施“走出去”战略是对外开放新阶段的重大举措，更是我国企业做大做 强的必经之路。我国经济经过三十年的飞速发展，经济总量已经初具规模。但是已经逝去的 2008 年似 乎是一个重要的转折点，在经历了人民币升值以及全球经济危机的寒冬后， “转变经济增长方式”的提 议再一次提到新的高度。 我国利用外商直接投资已经有了很长的时间， 外商直接投资对我国的经济发展 也起到了很重要的作
