16、如果没有学会提高 效率，无论是复习还是考试，时间都非常拮据，成功几率很低。建议平时要学会快速阅读的 习惯，一般人每分钟才看 200 字左右，我们要学会一眼尽量多看几个字，甚至是以行来计算 （特别是在阅读大量内容的时候） ，把我们的速读提高，然后再提高阅读量。学会快速阅读， 在复习过程中效率非常高，在考试过程中也能够节省大量的时间，赢得考试。在我们一眼多 看几个字的时候，还能高度的集中我们的思维，大大的利于归纳总结，养成习惯后，非常利 于政治 英语 数学以及各个专业课的复习、考试。我在去年有幸学习了快速阅读， 以前一个月才能读完的书现在五六天不到就能够读完， 主要是复习速度和效率变化非常的明 显。我读本科的成绩不怎么好，考研我妈说我只是碰运气，最后的成绩却比我们班上成绩很 好的同学还高，连我自己都有些意想不到，速读记忆的习惯绝对要记头等功。推荐大家一个 训练速读的软件（还有记忆部分，思维导图对提高理科方面的成绩非常的管用） ，就是去年 我用过的那个（
